Overall, my experience with Qode was quite positive. The login process was simple and convenient, and posting jobs on the platform was easy to understand and use. I also liked how candidate sourcing could be done quickly through keywords, making it easier to approach suitable candidates for different positions. Another useful feature was the CV database, which allowed recruiters to store and revisit candidate profiles whenever needed. The platform also provided candidate information clearly, helping the recruitment process become more accessible and efficient. However, the interface was not very outstanding and sometimes felt a bit cluttered, so it was difficult to know where to start when first using the platform. Although Qode offers many useful features, it can take some time for users to fully understand how to use them effectively. With improvements in UI/UX and a more user-friendly onboarding experience, the platform could become much more intuitive and convenient for recruiters.

Pros

What I liked most about Qode was its AI Interview feature and the overall candidate management system. The AI Interview helped make the screening process faster and more efficient by allowing recruiters to evaluate candidates in a more structured way beyond just reviewing CVs. I also really appreciated the shortlist feature, which made it easy to organize and manage potential candidates for different positions. In addition, the ability to move candidates through different recruitment stages smoothly helped simplify the hiring workflow and made tracking progress much more convenient. Overall, Qode provided a modern and user-friendly recruitment experience that improved both sourcing and candidate management efficiency.

Cons

What I liked least about Qode was that the website could sometimes feel slow and laggy during use, especially when managing multiple candidates or moving through different recruitment stages. In addition, the UI/UX still has room for improvement, as some features were not very intuitive and could be a bit difficult for new users to navigate at first. A more user-friendly and smoother interface would help improve the overall experience and make the recruitment workflow more efficient and convenient.

Overall, my experience with QODE has been quite good. It helps me source candidates more efficiently, especially when searching and connecting with potential candidates. The structured way of searching and messaging also makes my work easier and more organized. However, the conversion rate, in terms of candidates showing interest in the role, is not significantly higher compared to LinkedIn. I think there is still room for improvement in engagement and response rate

Pros

after the workshop at QODE, I have continued using QODE from time to time. I applied the approach you shared during the sessions, especially in searching and connecting with candidates. I also followed the messaging structure, including key job details such as years of experience and required skills. Overall, I find the sourcing process more optimized compared to LinkedIn

However, the conversion rate from connected candidates to those who are actually interested in our roles is not significantly higher compared to LinkedIn

It was a good experience using I would say. Overall I have been able to source for candidates with the help of AI, which helps me save more time.

Pros

Qode platform enables users to utilize the use AI for candidates sourcing and ranking, which helps recruiters like me access to the potential candidates faster.

Cons

2 cons: - For niche roles, in stead of showing less to 0 profiles, the platform suggest irrelevant ones - Sometimes, Qode disqualifies the potential candidates and mark them as "Not qualified"
