Bin Neuling und hatte eine Umfangreich Einweisung mit der ich mich sicher fühle. Jetzt bin ich erleichtert, weil das Programm mir Arbeit abnimmt und das ist es mir wert.

Pros

Mir gefällt am meisten die einfache, intuitive Bedienung sowie der schnelle, freundliche Support. Außerdem das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die klare Struktur und die zentrale Verwaltung von Buchungen, Preisen und Verfügbarkeiten sind große Stärken. Vorher habe ich mich mit der KI auseinandergesetzt, welcher Anbieter am besten zu mir passt. Dabei habe ich mich für DiBooq entschieden.

Cons

Hmm, kann ich nichts nennen. Es gibt eine App. Es gibt einen Support der schnell reagiert. Alles top.

Das Onboarding über Teams mit \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] war hervorragend, er hat mir bei den Einstellungen geholfen und viele Tipps gegeben.

Pros

Die DiBooq Ferienwohnung Software/ Channel Manager ist für mich ideal. Ich kann dort Änderungen und Einstellungen machen die dann auf Booking und meine eigene Homepage kommen. Die Preisleistung finde man ich auch ok.

Cons

Habe bis jetzt noch keine Nachteile gefunden. Also kann ich auch nicht angeben. Hoffe es bleibt auch so.

Vom ersten Kontakt bis heute habe ich eine gute Betreuung erfahren und es gab keine technischen Probleme oder gar Doppelbuchungen. Toll finde ich, dass auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen wird und diese technisch auf Umsetzbarkeit geprüft werden - ob durch Einstellungen auf den Buchungsplattformen oder Anpassungen in der App selbst.

Pros

Besonders gut gefällt mir an DiBooq die einfache, selbsterklärende Bedienbarkeit und die gute Übersichtlichkeit in der App. Außerdem ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Der Service ist sehr gut und Fragen werden zeitnah beantwortet. Das erleichtert den Buchungsalltag extrem.

Cons

Natürlich ist es schwierig, alle Kundenwünsche in einer App zu realisieren, denn den Programmierern sind die Hände gebunden. Wenn es um Dinge geht, die bei den Buchungs-Plattformen technisch vorgegeben sind, kann Dibooq diese in der App nur genauso umsetzen und nicht ändern.

Meine bisherige Erfahrung mit Dibooq for hosts war durchweg positiv. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und professionell umgesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, fachkundig und stets hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man wirklich bemüht ist, die besten Lösungen für Gastgeber anzubieten. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden und würde Dibooq jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und die intuitive Gestaltung der Plattform. Ich schätze die klaren Strukturen und die vielfältigen Funktionen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von Gastgebern zugeschnitten sind. Zudem fühlte ich mich während des gesamten Prozesses sehr gut unterstützt, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Cons

Derzeit habe ich absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten und bin mit meiner gesamten Erfahrung mehr als zufrieden.

Erweiterungen sind in Arbeit, aber sinnvoll wie zweiter Verwalter in der App. Sonst kann ich nichts kritisieren. die Betreuung ist top.

Wir nutzen DiBooq nun seit etwa drei Wochen und haben gute Buchungen. Wie viele es mehr sind, kann man natürlich nicht sagen, aber gefühlt sind es mehr. Die technische Unterstützung per Teams ist ausgezeichnet, verständlich und auch von den Terminen sehr kundenorientiert. Von uns also absolute Weiterempfehlung und noch einmal vielen Dank für die Unterstützung ans Team.

Pros

Übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen und toller Support. Bei der Einrichtung brauchten wir Unterstützung und diese gab es auch sofort. Gute und sehr verständliche Anleitung und super Tipps zu Einstellungen. Wenn man sich etwas eingearbeitet hat, ist die Handhabung einfach und eine echte Erleichterung in der Verwaltung der Buchungen.

Cons

Wir haben keinen Vergleich mit anderen Channel Managern, können aber bis jetzt nichts negatives finden. Manchmal braucht es etwas, um die richtige Funktion zu finden, aber alles im Rahmen.

Ein Programm mit Zukunft. Der Service darf so bleiben. Auch als Anfänger in der Vermietung ist es immer ein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe.

Pros

Der Service ist klasse.Schnell und unkompliziert. Das Programm ist überschtlich und leicht zu bedienen.

Cons

Es passt eigentlich alles und ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ansicht und Bedienung sind angesprochen und in Arbeit.

Es ist simpel zu bedienen. Man kann das Objekt in nur wenigen Schritten auf mehreren Plattformen verfügbar machen.

Cons

Fällt mir noch nichts ein. Vielleicht als Wunsch noch: einen iframe für die eigene Webseite, wenn man einzeln vermarkten möchte.

Excellent. Customer service is second to none. I’m getting older and find computers complicated and the team at DiBooq are patient and amazing.

Pros

It’s perfect! It’s easy to use and quick to set up. The calendar updates instantly taking the stress away of double bookings. For me it’s #1 because it’s uncomplicated. I’m 100% pleased with it. I also can’t recommend it enough because if there is a problem or you need help the team are always there. Best company I’ve worked with and I’ve been a property manager for over 30 years in 3 countries.

Cons

Nothing. It’s perfect for what I need. If anything I’d like to be able to make adjustments between the two channels as the discounts that apply are hard to manage but I’ll do without that for the lack of fluff.

Una aplicación rápida y ligera, un servicio personalizado de lujo y un futuro prometedor

Ha sido todo un descubrimiento, hemos buscado un Channel Manager para un cliente de hostelería y es el único que conecta con las reservas de la web corporativa y no interviene el pago. El único. Además funciona como un reloj y nos han ayudado a configurar, hemos tenido 10 días de prueba y sin duda es una solución para las reservas en los diferentes portales. El precio la mitad que cualquier otro. Lo recomendamos 100%

Cons

Tiene los principales portales de reservas conectados, pero hay más que se irán implementando. Aún así vale la pena por calidad e independencia.

Je suis plus que satisfaire de l’application, très efficace et agréable à utiliser. Je l’ai déja recommandé à mes amis en France qui vont certainement l’adopter !

Pros

J’apprécie grandement la fluidité de l’application, très intuitive eh efficace pure gérer plusieurs logements. Je l’utilise quotidiennement et j’en suis très satisfait !

Cons

Il fait pouvoir afficher les prix, ajouter des filtres dans le calendriers pour n’afficher par exemple que les réservations de Airbnb, ajouter des couleurs pour différencier les différentes plateformes.
