I also like the notices I receive when a caregiver has completed a training. It lets me have a chance to send a congratulation message and stay in touch with caregiver. Cons We have many Spanish speaking caregivers who cannot yet take advantage of these training modules. I have been told that they will be available soon to Spanish. Pros What we like most about Learn2Care is how it centralizes caregiver training, compliance tracking, and onboarding into one system. The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and allows us to assign and monitor training in real time. We also value the structured learning paths, the ability to upload agency-specific materials, and the integration with Caresmartz360, which automatically syncs active caregivers and saves significant administrative time. Cons The main area for improvement is policy acknowledgment. While we can upload company policies, there is no fully built-in e-signature feature for caregivers to formally acknowledge and sign them within the same workflow. It was a nice refresher to things that I have previously learned and definitely taught me new things also! Pros I like how easy Learn2Care was to navigate. All of the information given is thoroughly explained and very easy to understand and take away. Cons The time dedicated to the course doesn’t match the time it actually takes to do the course, it made it a bit overwhelming from the start, for me personally. Some of the information is redundant over a few different courses and could be split between one course or another vs adding repeated information into an entire separate 45 minute course that has to be completed in order to complete the overall assignment. The website would glitch out and not mark some courses as complete and I would have to go back and answer some questions in the middle of the quiz and sometimes exit and reload the entire website and renter, mid-quiz, again, before it would acknowledge that the quiz was completed.
