Despite multiple follow ups via phone, email and sms. None of them appeared to be even remotely qualified. Pros The back end of the system seemed fairly robust. The CRM might have some value for someone without one. Cons The leads are sold as being verified and pre qualified. However, its just a glorified lead capture scheme. Any person can fill in whatever they want online, and become a 'lead'. They allegedly check for mortgage ratios, and LTV, but are not using correct metrics.
