2/5 like i said, their team need to step up their game if they want to actually grow as a company but the problem they are trying to solve is a good problem.

Pros

They have an API that takes care of a lot of the functionality so you can plug any play their services into your app.

Cons

Their team lacks the communication skills necessary to run a business. Their API documentation is out of date and lots of manual going back and forth with the team.

Very good experience overall, smooth onboarding, very efficient account management and availability. We are very satisfied by the experience and we are looking forward to continuing our common growth.

Pros

What we like the most is their flexibility and professionalism in assisting us understanding the ecosystem, optimize sales and put at our disposal fixes for our operational challenges.

Cons

Not much, most of the frictions are coming from the underlying schemes which have poor processes. Overall CBH is abstracting for us this complexity.

ChargebackHelp has been a game-changer for our business. We were drowning in disputes and had no real strategy to fight back. Since partnering with them, our win rate has gone up significantly, and we’ve saved thousands. Their insights and reporting tools also help us stay ahead of trends before they become bigger issues. Highly recommended for any high-risk or subscription-based merchant.

Pros

The team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Their dashboard is easy to navigate, and they genuinely care about reducing chargebacks, not just providing software. The support is next-level.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major. If I had to nitpick, the onboarding process took a couple of days, but I’m pretty sure that’s standard across the industry, and it went smoothly from start to finish.

We’ve known Chargeback Help for over three years, and from the start, they’ve been an outstanding partner. Their integration process was simple and clearly documented, their team responsive and proactive, and the API integration worked flawlessly from day one. They’ve allowed us to fully automate and offload the burden of dealing with RDRs, ETHOCAs, and chargebacks manually. On the rare occasions when issues have arisen, they responded immediately and resolved everything quickly, keeping us in the loop at all times. Working with them has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our operations.

Pros

Chargeback Help stands out for its exceptional customer experience. What I appreciate the most is that we speak directly with the people managing our account — no faceless ticketing systems or generic support lines. Their team is incredibly friendly, accessible, and above all, educational. They take the time to explain the complexity behind dispute alerts, RDRs, ETHOCAs, and chargebacks in a clear and digestible way, even when it means repeating concepts more than once. Their transparency and proactive communication, especially during onboarding and integration, made everything smooth from the very beginning.

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. The only downside we experienced wasn’t directly their fault, for a long time, we were unable to work with them due to restrictions from our gateways and acquirers, who forced us to use other, more expensive and less efficient solutions. That said, once we had the chance to switch, we never looked back.
