Mostly happy, many useful features (or potential features and applications) does require some improvement but has the potential to be great

Customisation of the product and ongoing support from the developer team, ability to send out pre-set txts and ad hoc ones

Cons

It crashes at times, unresponsive, currently not link to online ordering nor online platforms ( egos in Scotland)

Very happy overall. Is efficient, and easy to use. Can find what you need to quickly. I like the fact the system has improved with updates over time.

Pros

Easy interface, quick to process. Easy to see previous history and previous ocular examination. Recall easy to apply also.

Cons

Initially there were lots of teething problems, lots of glitches. Occasionally system can have periods of slow moments, with a constant loading sign.

Reporting is slow and difficult to use and doesn’t always render reports. Dashboards don’t always load accurately.

It’s improved significantly in the past three years and is better than competitors I love how I can also copy ,y own notes from previous visits

Pros

It’s now bringing up previous medical and ocular history which makes life easier it also means you can have more meaningful conversations with patients

Cons

It still sometimes crashes and bubbles at you which can slow clinics down and can be frustrating at times
