Overall it’s been a good experience. StriveDB is leaps and bounds over the database we had used previously.

Pros

The dashboard set up is great. Very easy to use. I also really like the inbox feature for daily reminders.

Cons

Sometimes filtering report information can be a bit tricky, but typically it’s addressed quickly and remedied.

Our experience with StriveDB has exceeded our expectations. When we were searching for providers, learning that we could work directly with the developers for problem solving was a big draw for us. \[sensitive content hidden\] worked hard to tailor our database to make it exactly what we need. They have been incredibly supportive and available throughout the entire process. They have certainly earned our trust and we're glad we made the decision to work with them. 10/10 recommend.

Pros

We love how easy it is to navigate and the Quick Add feature. Quick Add allows us to capture a crisis call with limited client information instead of having to go through the entire intake process. We can record service units easily without spending time clicking through information that we don't have due to the nature of the call.

Cons

The only thing that was an issue for us is that we are a small agency with a limited scope. StriveDB is very robust and has several features that we can't use, so the intake process was difficult. The good news is, \[sensitive content hidden\] worked with us to identify exactly what we need and made adjustments that made sense for us.
