It is easy to load courses, navigate the system and ultimately guide our users on the processes. Pros Ease of use, set up and customer support. We enjoy the UX and how easy it is to navigate for our users. Cons The catalog is not as user-friendly as the rest of the site. The search feature brings back too many options and there isn't really a way to hone in on the one item you are searching for. The layout is also not appealing. But this is the only area where we hope to see changes in the future. There are still some learning curves that we have to explain, like removing pop-up blockers and how to properly close the course so completion and certificates are issued and recorded.Overall - once you get the hang of it, it's a good choice. The more you use it the easier it gets. Pros We use TopClass in conjunction with iSpring to provide self-study online continuing education courses for our members. It's fairly easy to navigate and understand and has an appealing interface for users. Cons Using another piece of software (iSpring) to produce a scorm file can be daunting. There is a lot of back and forth between the two and sometimes troubleshooting can be pretty challenging.
