Overall, my experience with NexOne has been very positive. What stood out most was the quality of their customer support — I was always able to reach someone, receive a callback, and get clear, helpful answers to my questions. This was particularly valuable as I was transitioning into a role and needed guidance despite already having some familiarity with the system. The platform itself is strong for transaction management and document organization, making it a reliable tool for day-to-day real estate operations.

Prompt and accurate responses to my question gave me comfort in my decision to to subscribe to NexOne's services.

Pros

I was setting up my account for the first time and had some questions of NexOne. NexOne's Customer Support responded promptly and quickly resolved all my questions . I was then able to utilize their services which I found easy to access.

Cons

I did not encounter any issues with NexOne. It is easy to use and provides several functions which I intent to utilize.

I am responsible for reviewing our brokers' documents and I find it easy to do this with NexOne. I especially like the follow up tab.

Pros

Ease of use and excellent customer support. Transaction management is simple. I like being able to email documents directly from NexOne.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. I did not like that we could not move documents from one file to another but I see that this has now been corrected.

Pros

Ease of Use and Transaction Management are what I like most, as well as a very friendly and know Staff. I recommend Nexone.

Cons

Cloud Storage, I do not like limited space or having to worry about storage space when the work load is plenty to keep me busy.

NexOne Support consistently delivers a smooth and efficient experience. From the moment I reached out, the team was responsive and professional. They quickly understood the issue and provided clear, step-by-step guidance that made the resolution process effortless. My problem was solved quickly and smoothly.

Pros

I was able to connect with a support staff quickly. She responded promptly to my issues and provided effective solutions.

Cons

I had a problem with the signing section, somehow one of my clients was not able to sign, we couldn't figure out why, but the staff was quickly provided the solution for it. My clients are happy about the result.

The overall experience is good, however as mentioned from an administrative assistant who got quite a lot of feedback from our brokers in the last 4 years, these are just a small examples of what could be improved. Brokers are often on the road, multi-tasking. When they do upload documents or wish to send them out to clients, things need to move quickly especially during a transaction otherwise the promise to purchase could fall apart. Improving the ease of use would help, not have as many steps to take in order to fulfill a task. Our company did change from Faltour/Nexone Legend to Nexone office. Most of our brokers preferred the previous system. As admin we were trained for both, I liked the visual aspect of Faltour/Nexone legend- clients tab (you see both clients at the same time- and all information in one place. Same with the Agents/commission section - it is much more simplified.

Pros

Customer service, fast, effective, thorough. I think it's so important to ensure that our question(s) were answered properly and efficiently. Overall experience is great.

Cons

Lack of fluidity -many steps to take (when uploading documents-you need to choose scanner, they don't understand some of the terms such as 'Side Lead' and what to include - especially in the 'Commission' section. I've also had brokers tell me that they are unable to include the email of clients as well.

A+ experience, all the team is very helpfull, they answer very fast and always at your attention for any details. Also a strong IT team that works in the backend.

Pros

Great customer support and team to help if any problems. The software is great and easy to use, a bliss for any organizations looking for something simple, yet powerful.

Cons

Sometimes some bugs, but they are addressed very fast, so no big deal. I hope in the future Newone integrate a CRM for Real Estate agencies, so we can enter clients and do mass emails follow up.

My over all experience with Nexone has been a good experience, it's more of a tool for me to do my tasks more efficiently.

Pros

what I like the most about Nexone is the ease of the useability and navigation of the platform and functions.

Cons

The least I like about Nexone is that I'm not able to control the size of the individual tags, sometime the space on the document is minimal and if I was able to reduce the size individually them the tags can be placed where its needed

Very good! I have nothing but good things to say about Nexone. I highly recommend it! Holley has been very patient and understanding all throughout the onboarding process and so far the support team has been helpful too.

Pros

They are with you every step of the way, unlike Lone Wolf. In addition, they are based in Canada, more specifically in Montreal. The staff speak both English and French and they are very accessible and pleasant.

Cons

I didn't like having to learn a whole new platform again because it was very different than what I was used to, but with their help and patience, I know I will enjoy the platform very much once I get to know it better.

We had horrible service with Lone Wolf and pretty much no onboarding help. The support staff is in the Philippines, which is frustrating because we can never talk to our account manager. Everything is by email and you can't reach anybody and this is by design.

One thing that I like least about nexone is that I wish they had an app. It would make it easier to sign in

Awesome! I am using it since more than 10 years now . Did lot of transactions because of it. Very easy to use anywhere in the world.

Pros

Very user friendly, the support team is very helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] always there to answer questions and solve problems:-)

Cons

Nothing… it s a super product. I would not be able to work so efficiently without Nexone . I highly recommend it to everyone.

As a Realestate agent, I enjoy using NexOne as it is very user friendly and allows me to sumbit and requests all signatures in a timely manner.

Pros

Easy to use, great platform and visuals. Intuitive for both the end user and clients
