While there are still areas that need improvement, the responsiveness of the support makes a big difference. Knowing that issues are acknowledged and addressed quickly makes it much easier to overlook the smaller problems. The platform has continued to improve over time, and I appreciate that the \[sensitive content hidden\] listens to customer feedback and actively develops new features. Having my scheduling, payments, payroll, and business management all in one place has been well worth it. Pros Swum has made running my swim school much easier by keeping everything in one place. I can manage scheduling, booking, payments, payroll, and client communication without needing multiple apps. Customer support has been outstanding, whenever I run into an issue, support responds quickly and works hard to fix it. \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been very receptive to feedback and willing to customize features to better fit my business, which has made a huge difference. Cons There are still quite a few small bugs and glitches that affect the experience, especially for clients. I regularly hear that the app can be confusing or difficult to use, and many of those frustrations seem to come from things not working consistently. The monthly cost is fair overall, but I think it could be slightly lower as the platform continues to mature. If any problems pop up, they’re remedied quickly, Parents love using it. All around 10/10. Pros I like that swum takes the book work off of my plate! It’s so nice not having to teach and then immediately jump into book work with scheduling. It frees up a ton of time on my end! Cons Occasionally there’s bugs to fix after an update is pushed through. While it’s rare, it does happen, but quickly fixed! Its easy to use once you get it all set up (also easy set up but like any management software, its a long daunting task initially). Cons The updates are very frequent and aince its somewhat new there are lots of little bugs but the support is amazing! Switched from [Jackrabbit Swim](https://www.capterra.com/p/172589/Jackrabbit-Swim/) Initially the price but the features of Swum are far superior to Jackrabbit and the new feature implementation is a lot better.
