MUy buena en todo sentido, incluso la utilizo como herramienta de venta, los clientes cuando ven el calendario de operaciones entienden que la empresa opera de manera profesional

Pros

Es muy intuitivo y fácil de usar, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una muy adecuada calendarización de servicios tanto para pasajeros como para prestadores de servicios

Cons

Hasta el momento no le veo inconvenientes, como usuario activo del programa no he tenido problemas

I ran my Easter Island tour agency called "Easter Island Travel" on my own, doing all emails, washing cars and all operations and bookings, sometimes even guiding myself, without a problem. We have around 20 private tours a week in high season and perhaps 4-10 in low season. Now I hired someone else to do it, and I can very easily keep up with what's going on, through my phone or on my computer.

Pros

The operational logistics are solved in a great way, and helps so much if you don't want to hire lots of people. Activities will be available to the whole team from any device, and guides can also log in to check their tours. The booking module that integrates to the website is the best I've seen on the market.

Cons

TourTask really covers all of our needs.
