Notre expérience avec Birds a été très positive. Le logiciel est robuste, évolutif, et nous a permis de construire une marketplace B2B efficace, adaptée à nos spécificités. Les échanges avec l’équipe sont fluides et constructifs, ce qui fait toute la différence dans le pilotage d’un projet digital complexe.

Pros

La flexibilité de la solution et la capacité de l'équipe à s'adapter à nos besoins métiers ont été les vrais plus. L’interface est intuitive, les fonctionnalités sont bien pensées, et surtout, l’accompagnement est très réactif. On a vraiment l’impression d’avancer avec un partenaire, pas juste un prestataire.

Cons

Quelques fonctions avancées nécessitent une prise en main un peu plus technique au départ, mais l'équipe est toujours disponible pour former et accompagner.

Compte tenue de la version ''obsolète'' dont nous disposons, je dirai que notre expérience est convenable compte tenu de notre situation.

Pros

Utilisation intuitive quand on est client fonction carnet d'adresse est très utile et adapté à nos clients multisites

Cons

Dans la version dont nous disposons, coté manager: - l'impossibilité d'injecter/créer en masse des articles - utilisation moins intuitive: déconnexion obligatoire pour passer d'un compte fournisseur à un autre
