Sharing experiences with other providers. Gaining access to the online community space. Nice tk meet everyone.

Cons

Technical issues! ;-) late running of the evnt due to incorrect link and problems sharing screen but explained that Teams is new to culture shift.

My overall experience with Culture Shift has been positive and highly impactful. The company's core values and ethos truly shine through their approach and the Report + Support product, making our partnership feel genuine and worthwhile. The support we received during the onboarding and implementation phase was outstanding; the team was patient and flexible with us, and their expertise was invaluable as it was our college's first time navigating this topic.

Pros

We had an excellent experience with Culture Shift's Report + Support platform. The support offered throughout the onboarding and implementation phase was outstanding, making the process smooth and efficient. The company's values and ethos are genuinely reflected in their approach and the product itself, which made the partnership feel authentic and impactful.

Cons

Although we appreciated the engagement during scoping and procurement, we found that the volume of communication between formal meetings was sometimes overwhelming.

This platform has transformed the way we work and student engagement with it has grown exponentially since the launch in April 2023. Its been very positive from the initial product liaison, platform build and implementation, through to the ongoing client management relationship which we are now in.

Pros

Proactive and forward thinking. Always very responsive to customer enquiries and solutions focussed which is great when trying to work across various campuses, schools and programmes

Cons

Frustrated by what i would like the platform to do but that it doesn't do currently. However the roadmap feature is great and it is clear where the direction of travel is going and great to be part of that journey.

Friendly, personable and professional. Being a provider to other universities too, they understand the challenges which HE face and offer practical solutions to meet these. I would highly recommend.

Pros

As a university we are pleased to collaborate with Culture Shift in the provision of their Report and Support platform. They are innovative and collaborative with their product development, they seek to understand their customer's needs and provide solutions which are intuitive to use with a real focus on UX.

Cons

There hasn't been anything that we don't like about Culture Shift. We have a good relationship with our customer success manager who provides advice on ways we can develop the product, they are also willing to listen to feedback our customers provide to us with a view to implement and upgrade their systems to align with user needs.

Very good. We find the system easy to use. Have added a new section for placement which we think will make a good addition. The support with set up and getting changes done have been excellent

Pros

It is easy to use for administrators and for "clients". It provides a alternative way to report than face to face that is helpful for those struggling to disclose what has happened,. It means that by the time we meet they know we are already aware which helps when providing and accepting support.

Cons

Anonymous reports- are tricky and we find that many do an anonymous report and then a named one as they do not seem to understand what doing an anonymous report means.

Pro-active about developing the platform, sharing good practice and also very responsive when we have queries.

Pros

The Report+Support platform gives us the ability to keep safeguarding concerns in one, shared yet confidential space, allowing for collaborative work and accurate record-keeping across the university on time-sensitive issues. It is intuitive and easy to use for people reporting concerns and issues, as well as for administrative users.

Cons

Due to the way we are set up to manage safeguarding concerns, it would be helpful to have a messaging feature to administrative users to alert them to changes to the platform, rather than having to email users separately. I have raised this with our partners at Culture Shift and they were happy to raise this with their development team.

Very positive, right from the initial meeting to find out about Report + Support, throughout the customization and implementation (lots of support, especially around paperwork), and post-implementation with changes and tweaks.

Pros

They are approachable and supportive, listen to requests and make any changes where they can. Our Customer Success manager has been very supportive.

Can't think of anything, overall the experience of working with Culture Shift has been really positive.

I have found really easy to use and in my role, it will really help with looking at trends for reports in terms of who , what and where the incidents are happening.

Pros

The reports that are available and how easy it is to set them up. Also that they can be downloaded either as a chart or as an Excel spreadsheet. The fact that someone can now report anonymously, but we are still able to message them for more information.

Cons

It would be great if there were some help videos available which we could use to show how to submit a report and the various ways to do this.

Pros

Ease of use. Allows for capturing of relevant information to conduct investigations. Ease of assigning cases to caseworkers. Useful reports.

Cons

Not many cons. One is downloading reports that are password protected and not easily accessible by other team members.

Overall, our experience with Culture Shift has been very positive and their mission and vision as an organisation is one to stand by!

Pros

Culture Shift and, specifically, the Report and Support platform provides a dedicated space for individuals to raise concerns about any behaviours that have made them feel uncomfortable. It allows us to collect relevant data, respond to and track reports effectively, and provide preventative information through the knowledge articles - particularly useful for those who aren't yet at a point of wishing to report, but would like to explore the options should this change. The internal analytics are strong, the platform is simple and easy to use, and customer support is positive.

Cons

When using the system in its entirety I can see how Report and Support could be good value for money. However, when existing systems provide similar functions, particularly with regard to managing casework, value for money quickly reduces. The challenge here is that, understandably, the 'premium' features are the most useful but in our case underutilised. A cost model based on system components would be preferrable, allowing organisations to tailor functionality that would be most beneficial to them would look to address the issue of value.

Report and Support has been an instrumental tool for us in terms of addressing barriers to reporting unwanted behaviours; increasing trust and confidence amongst our staff/student community (with regard to our policies and procedures); as well as monitoring trends and collecting data insights to inform our preventative and response strategies. Whilst it took a while to embed it, Report and Support has definitely been a great tool for culture change. Just to say as well that it has been a pleasure to work with the Culture Shift team from day one.

Pros

Culture Shift has always been very responsive and supportive, and they're always keen to listen to their partners in continuously improving their products. They also provide useful community events and trainings. The actual Report and Support tool is user-friendly and accessible.

Cons

Nothing from our end - it has been great working with Culture Shift so far! Their collaborative approach has helped to ensure that the Report and Support tool is fit for purpose for our context.
