Pros

Easy setup!! Very easy to use. I love that I never miss a call and can easily see and hear what the caller is needing.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about it. So far, the service has been very easy to use and never misses a call.

Our AI receptionist has taken so much off our plates and at the same time provide our guests information they need more quickly than waiting a return call. Our guests really appreciate it as well.

Pros

Upfirst has been an absolute game-changer for my business! The Value for Money is incredible, especially considering how much it helps with Assistant Tasks and Answering Questions. Their Customer Support is top-notch, always responsive and helpful. The Ease of Use of the service is fantastic, making it simple to integrate into my workflow. It truly feels like an extension of my Team, ensuring no call goes unanswered. Highly recommend!

Cons

So far, we have no cons with using the system. We feel the service is great and the price of the system is very reasonable.

Beyond Positive. The Upfirst team is always there to help us out with any questions and is always open to building new features we suggest

Pros

Seamless intergration and the functionality is near perfect. We do not miss calls anymore and everything is recorded. Our productivity has increased 10 fold

Cons

Honestly there is nothing we do not like about Upfirst. It is a very simple product to use and all of our customers love to interact with it.

Helpful responsive customer support. Was talking to knowledgable individuals who knew the business (product).they were responsive and quick to help provide solutions.

Pros

I absolutely love how well the UpFirst Answering AI responds now that I've fed it data about my company. It handles the vast majority of callers' questions more efficiently than I could myself. It’s been a lifesaver when I’m busy and can’t respond right away. Plus, it sends out text links quickly and answers pricing questions on the spot. For the rare items it didn’t catch right away, I just gave it a bit more info, and it quickly learned and adapted. Really impressed!

Cons

Would love to see CNAM caller ID lookup. Like the accurate data capture yet took a few script edits to get spellback confirmation consistent.
