MAIA quickly became an essential tool for our marketing team. We used it to create messaging, validate technical claims, and draft content without constantly having to check in with product or legal. It saved us time and helped maintain consistency across all channels. The fact that it works seamlessly across both documents and knowledge bases makes it incredibly versatile and valuable.

Pros

As Head of Marketing at IDnow, I’ve experienced how challenging it can be to get reliable information quickly when content is spread across SharePoint, Confluence, and other internal tools. MAIA really stood out because it can handle both static documents like PDFs and PowerPoints as well as dynamic content from internal knowledge bases. The quality of answers is impressive, with clear citations and context that make it easy to trust the results. It helped reduce the constant back-and-forth with other teams and sped up our workflow significantly.

Cons

During the initial setup, we had to invest a bit of time to configure the glossary and align it with our internal terminology. Once that was done, the improvement in answer quality was noticeable. It would be helpful to have more advanced usage insights, especially for understanding adoption across teams, but this wasn’t a major blocker.
