Value the the wetracked service is alot higher than the price itself. I can track inside of Meta ad manager and I do not have to use another dashboard.

Really a perfect app. Works like a charm. Tracking is very accurate and support is very helpful setting everything up.

Cons

There was nothing that I did not like to be honest. If it had to be anything than that you have to setup every connection yourself, but that takes just a few minutes.

Pros

A great tool for tracking sales. Excellent support, they reply straight away and resolve issues quickly. I’d definitely recommend it.

Cons

I don’t really have any major complaints. It was a bit confusing at first, but that was perhaps down to my lack of experience in using this sort of tool. Now everything is automated and easy to use on a day-to-day basis.

I've been using wetracked.io to connect my Shopify store with Meta Ads, and overall it's worked well. Recently I ran into an issue where my Purchase event wasn't showing up in Meta's Events Manager after a real test order — everything looked fine on the wetracked side (order captured, purchase logged), but nothing appeared on Meta's end for a while. I reached out to support and \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me troubleshoot it step by step — checking timezones, event logs, and date ranges — until we confirmed it was just a delay in Meta's reporting, not an actual integration problem. It got resolved, and the support was patient and thorough throughout. Would be great to have a bit more visibility into event status in real time, but the overall experience and the help I got were solid.

Overall, a solid tracking solution for anyone dealing with iOS 14+ attribution issues and ad blockers. Once set up, the data accuracy noticeably improved compared to relying on Meta's native pixel alone, which has helped with campaign optimization decisions. Support has been responsive whenever I've run into edge cases, and the pricing is reasonable relative to the value it adds. Would recommend it to other e-commerce operators running paid traffic at scale.

Pros

The learning curve during initial setup can be a bit steep, especially if you're not already familiar with server-side tracking concepts. More detailed documentation or step-by-step guides for advanced integrations (e.g. custom event mapping) would help speed things up. The dashboard could also use a bit more customization for filtering data across multiple ad accounts.

Cons

There's not much to complain about my only minor note would be that the initial setup takes a little getting used to if you haven't worked with server-side tracking before, though their documentation covers most of what you need.
