Pros

WeTracked has been very helpful for tracking conversions and improving ad performance. The setup is straightforward and the dashboard is easy to understand. Their support team was also quick to help me reconnect my Shopify store when I had account issues. Overall a good experience so far.

Cons

The reconnection process after switching accounts was a bit confusing at first, especially because the old store connection was still active in the system. It took some support assistance to fully understand how to reconnect everything properly.

There's nothing i dislike to be honest. Only that one time where the tracking status was pending for approval took a bit longer than usual, but still done within an hour

Pros

I am a customer for 1 year and now. I have the big pack of Scale-up plan. I have scaled all of my stores with wetracked.io. They are trusted partners and they have helped a lot to earn more sales that i was thinking! They exceed my expectations!

I have nothing to say, maybe in the past year was the connection with google tracking system was a little confusion but they done whole job from customer support of wetracked.io

They are doing an outstanding job with their product, which I believe is the best in the market for its specific functionality.
