Very positive. It’s reliable, does exactly what I need for Facebook Ads, and the team behind it is solid. It helped me improve the quality of my tracking and made campaign optimizations easier.

Pros

The accuracy of the tracking and how easy it was to set up. Also, the customer support is very responsive and helpful.

Cons

Not much to complain about. If I had to mention something, maybe a few advanced features could be more documented or easier to find for less technical users. But overall, the tool is solid and user-friendly.

Great tracking software. Excellent customer service. They are available 24/7, unlike other companies that take a break on weekends while your business keeps running. Their customer service is fantastic and helped me with some issues. I will definitely be using WeTracked for a long time!

Cons

There are no cons. it there were some it would say them.

Overall, I've had a great experience. I've been able to track events more precisely, gain a better understanding of my ad effectiveness, and eventually increase my ROAS. It is uncommon for their personnel to feel more like a partner than merely a service provider. If you rely on precise data to make decisions, I heartily suggest it.

Pros

To be honest, the help is among the greatest I've ever encountered. The team was quick to respond and provided clear explanations whenever I needed assistance or had a query. Also, the tracking accuracy is significantly higher than what I was getting with the Facebook Pixel. It is really trustworthy and gives me confidence in my data.

Cons

The initial setup took me a bit longer than I expected because there’s a bit of a learning curve. But once I got the hang of it (thanks to support), it’s been smooth sailing.

Pros

Pros

The setup is super easy, and the support is outstanding. Everything works as expected, and when I needed help, I got fast responses from real people who actually took the time to solve the issue. Overall, it's a very reliable experience.

Cons

I added WeTracked to my store on a whim, and wow—best decision this quarter. Within ten days my return on ad spend literally doubled; the platform just finds conversions my old pixel missed. Setup was point-and-click, but the real standout is support: every time I’ve pinged them, a human jumps in within minutes and solves the issue like they’re part of my own team. If you want clearer tracking, higher ROAS, and customer support that’s crazy good, give it a go—you’ll be glad you did.

Cons

Almost no cons because awesome customer support, the results and easy to connection are open to see.

Pros

The price is fair, it does the job. It is also very simple to setup, the team will setup for you.

Cons

I wish it come with a dashboard. if it came with a dashboard that can show how they caught purchase that the ad accounts didn’t that would be good.
