Great! The support is amazing and the tools provided for self help are also great. The interactive guide has helped me a lot.

Pros

All users are free to set up their own events, even under the same brand and be able to create their own events.

Cons

A few minor issues that when resolved would make things a lot smoother. Like having access to a comprehensive list of all users and be able to add/delete/amend permissions. Being able to scroll down a lot further when searching for a venue under the same event name

We have been using them for 10 years after finding you I think having done a fullers visit ? every time there has been any small problems it has been dealt with quickly and profesionally

Pros

It is very user friendly, from our point of view all the report systems are easy to use, the layout has not changed ( important !! ) and at a quick glance you can see future bookings when you are full, when you have spaces etc

Cons

Struggling to find anything negative to say from the clients point of view, a few of our customers have had a couple of problems creating an account or more to the point not wanting to.

The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and has significantly streamlined the ticket-selling process for our business. We have used tonic for 7 years and are very happy with it, we also use Soda for selling gift vouchers which is an added bonus.

Pros

Easy to use. Can easily amend bookings, send tickets and get daily guestlists for multiple events. Can also add multiple events, all found on the landing page.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little while to wake up especially when switching between events- which is understandable.

More marketing help is always a plus! Issues: \* there does seem to be a glitch in the follow up email to guests \* since the change in the positioning of the 'buy tickets' button, this is a more confusing guest journey \* when reviewing an event once you have been to the event gives you no limit on words, but if you haven't been to the event yet, there is a 'minimum word count' but this isn't visible to the guest to know there is a minimum word count so it seems like it just doesn't work.

Tonic Ticketing has always been easy to use especially the feature where you can copy events and edit your new event from there - this saves a lot of time.

Pros

What I like most about Tonic Ticketing is how easy it is to use. The whole process—from setting up events to managing ticket sales—is super straightforward and user-friendly.

Cons

Waiting for approval of events and then emailing the account managers for approval - would be great if the system was automatic. Would be good if Tonic had a category section which suggests what round ups our events would be suited for and we can tick off the category, instead of emailing all the time.

They are super helpful and responsive. An extension of our team. WE have worked with the same people pretty much since day one so people tend to stay at DMN which is always a good sign..

The ability to create more expanisive content would be welcome. Our events have different elements to them, i.e. cocktails, masterclasses, mainstage talks, and it would be good to create a way to create sub events so people can book them.

It is relatively straight forward to set up and later amend if required. Also, super useful everything is also therefore advertised on DMN!

Relatively easy to use and easily pulls into Collins. Super easy interface to set up and incredibly customer friendly.

I would say it is a little tricky navigating all the T&Cs, they are sometimes a little confusing to set up so it might be useful to have an interface that displays what the client sees as it is being set up?

The marketing side of things, the social following, the round ups, how you can customise all the ticketing and sessions and basically do whatever you want. Good dashboard

Cons

A bit clunky on the back end. Setting up ticketing and groups sometimes glitches out and can be temperamental More tailoring in terms of branding Waitlist isn't automated The formatting issues when you set up a listing - you really have to play around to get it right, especially with bullet points Easier testing of emails - you can't see what some look like

Helpful staff, \[sensitive content hidden\] gave several suggestions over the years to increase our ticket sales, but still poor sales results through you. This contrasts with us often 'selling out'well in advance, through other mediums, such as the venues own website

Pros

It's relatively easy for me to enter events and paste links to videos on YouTube. And even more importantly, your sales staff are helpful and easy to understand

Cons

I cannot get you to do a promotion for Shanty Singing in London. Would be customers can't do a search for Shanty Singing

After taking a while to understand the format, it is simple to follow but requires slightly more improvements to ease the administration. I'm not sure if tonic ticketing is great for a non-hospitality and non-f&b organisation as with our organisation, it's not a simple book a table and time. We require lots of 'select' options to get to the route of what the customer needs i.e. location/venue > date > cat breed > 'women's only class' > time The system isn't set up for an easy journey for it to be clear to the customer.

Pros

It has more functions and features to use unlike other scheduling platforms. Features like waitlist, setting a time/date for tickets to release, reserving tickets function and review function The ticket widget looks great on our website too

Cons

Not all features and functions are used to its maximum i.e. it would be great to automatically notify the first person on the waitlist once a spot becomes free (rather than the administrator email each individual person until someone buys a ticket). Be able to cancel a booking and hold funds to be able to reschedule a customer once a date becomes available (rather than cancelling to refund and hope the customer books again). Not able to add multiple venues under one events page.

Effective for promoting events as well as selling tickets, and support is always responsive and helpful.

Pros

I've been using tonic for over ten years. What makes them stand out is that, more than just a mechanism for processing sales, they are an entertainment hub for people seeking recommendations of things to do. I know from early experiments that the site's own marketing efforts lead to extra sales.

Cons

The layers of admin pages can be a bit daunting: it's fine once you get to know where everything is but at first glance it can be confusing.
