Pros 5DAYS is an innovative note-taking solution that is really changing the way we work, with its clear, precise structuring of headings, action points and summaries. Cons Nothing. Everything is great and working well. Using the tool on an external platform can be confusing at first, but you soon get used to it, and it even has its advantages. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la combinaison entre prise de note intuitive et fonctionnalités intelligentes. Pros L’intégration fluide de l’IA dans la prise de note est un vrai game changer. Elle permet de structurer automatiquement les informations, de générer des résumés clairs et de retrouver facilement des éléments clés. La possibilité de centraliser tous les documents, liens et tâches liés à un projet au même endroit m’a permis de gagner en clarté et en efficacité. Cons You need to log back into the tool fairly regularly. You also have to remember to invite the AI assistant to meetings. In the task view of a project, it would be useful to filter by assignee to quickly see my own tasks. Still in the task view, it would be helpful to customize the filters. Within two clicks, it’s connected to my calendar and I can log all my meetings, both internal and external. Other tools offer this kind of feature, but 5days is the only one I’ve found with a project-centric approach. All my meetings, tasks, and documents are organized by project, and the AI assistant saves me a lot of time by helping me draft summary documents that compile key points from various meetings, presentations, and files, and by assigning tasks accordingly. Cons It would be more useful for everyone if the tool were rolled out across the entire company, to help move forward projects involving multiple departments as quickly as those handled by my team. Great work so far! Pros What I appreciate most about 5DAYS is how it brings together notes, tasks, meetings, and projects in one place. Having everything centralized is a game-changer—it saves me a lot of time and eliminates the need to switch between multiple apps. I also like how interconnected everything is. When I view a project, I can instantly see the related notes and to-do items, which makes organizing my work much easier. I also reaaly like that they added the research option, As my list of notes and meetings grows, it helps me to quickly locate specific information. Sa fonction première est donc remplie ! Je ne l'ai pas encore beaucoup utilisé pour la création de notes supplémentaires via la chatbox donc cela sera une fonctionnalité à évaluer plus tard. Dans l'ensemble, je suis contente de son efficacité étant donné le stade de développement de l'outil. Pros J'apprécie énormément la fonction initiale de 5DAYS qui est de retranscrire les réunions, rédiger un résumé et en créer des tâches. Je trouve que, dans l'ensemble, l'outil est performant et que les notes générées sont pertinentes. L'outil est également simple d'utilisation et ergonomique. Je pense qu'il faudra veiller à garder cela lors du développement de l'outil car l'ajout de fonctionnalités peut parfois rendre l'utilisation plus fastidieuse. Le lien avec le calendrier est un vrai plus, de même pour le classement à travers des projets. Cela permet de garder la même structure qu'en interne avec OneDrive. Cons Pour le moment, 5DAYS n'est pas suffisamment personnalisable. Voici les éléments qui nous seraient utiles : l'ajout d'un lexique propre à l'entreprise (termes bilan carbone, nom des clients, etc.), personnalisation du format des notes, ajout de sous-projets/sous-dossiers, ajout d'enregistrements mp4 ou Teams externes pour en rédiger des notes. Il y a également un délai (~ 1-2 minutes) entre l'activation de 5DAYS et l'arrivée du bot sur Teams. Cela peut créer un "blanc" dans la discussion avec le client entre le moment d'autorisation de l'ajout de l'IA par le client et son activation réelle sur l'appel. Un frein est également le fait de devoir se reconnecter à chaque ouverture de l'outil. J'ai l'impression que ma session est déconnectée rapidement. Sur la page du projet, je trouve qu'il serait également intéressant d'avoir le Copilot ou un chatbox équilavent pour générer des notes plus globales sur le projet et non pour une réunion individuelle. J'ai également eu un bug lors de la demande de génération d'une note, mais le problème a rapidement été résolu par l'équipe support ! We use it every day, both internally and with clients. Meetings, docs, tasks, all in one place. I no longer write half-notes I "plan to clean up later”, 5days does it for me. It’s simple, fast, and built for real workflows. It goes way beyond just taking notes, it actually helps me manage the whole project. It keeps track of everything that was said, decided, shared… and makes sure nothing gets lost along the way. Pros 5days saves me hours every week. Meeting notes are auto-captured, tasks are created instantly, and I don’t waste time digging through notes or messy files. Everything is centralized by project, and I can just ask the AI to find what I need. Setup took 5 minutes, just plug and use. It’s the only tool I’ve found that makes managing project info actually effortless.
