Pros

Leaptree's great at making it really simple for us to manage internal QA processes. The thing we like the most about it is that it's simple enough to create Scorecards even as a relatively junior admin, as the process is entirely declarative. Also, the team has been responsive and supportive in creating new features and helping adoption for us. Great product, great support.

Cons

This list is fairly limited - and is arguably still positive overall - but the product is quite rapid in its development and this has lead to a small handful of stumbles for us, but the team's always been on hand to help us overcome issues with new releases. We've yet to have any major incidents, just minor developmental ones in Sandboxes.

Creating and updating QA scorecards is simple, and we can clearly see call quality trends, coaching needs, and who’s performing well. It’s helped us standardise evaluations, reduce manual work, and make QA feel fair and transparent for everyone. Overall, Leaptree has helped us improve quality, save time, and give our managers better insight into every interaction. I’d happily recommend it to any team looking for a straightforward QA solution.

Pros

Leaptree has made a big difference to how we manage QA. The tool is easy to use, quick to set up, and works smoothly inside Salesforce, which means our team didn’t need to change how they work.

Cons

There was no cons to this tool for us. The team made everything easy and straight forward. The prices are reasonable.

The platform is intuitive, provides robust, actionable reporting, and the personalized agent dashboards (with gamification) have genuinely driven performance uplift. If you are serious about CX quality and run your business on Salesforce, this is a must-have.

Pros

Truly 100% Salesforce Native: This is the game-changer. It eliminated the security and integration headaches we had with external QA software. Our data is secure and consistent, residing entirely within the Salesforce platform. No-Code Scorecard Builder: Our business users (not IT) can create and modify complex, customized QA scorecards in minutes. This agility is key for our rapidly changing environment. Immediate ROI: The time saved on manual sampling and the efficiency gained from its automated workflows have given us a quick and measurable return on investment.

Cons

Like any powerful tool, it takes a small amount of time to fully leverage all the advanced reporting capabilities, but the foundational use is extremely quick.

Leaptree has taken our QA scoring from manual spreadsheets to automated, system-native scorecards that are easy to update and consistently generated. Having all QA data directly in our platform has improved reporting, coaching, and overall performance which makes our process faster, clearer, and far more effective.

Reportability, ease of use, scoring visibility to agents, scorecard auto-generation, native to our platform

Cons

The implementation can be a bit of a pickle to customize, but it is much more useful than running QA through spreadsheets

Their team was very helpful during the implementation, then once our team got trained on how to use the tools it has not required maintenance. We were able to customize the tool to run QA on our custom objects and set QA schedules to fit our team needs

Pros

I’ve been impressed with Leaptree Optimize. Their support team is responsive and helpful, and the tool works seamlessly with our custom objects in Salesforce. Their objects make Salesforce reporting simple and intuitive, and we love the flexibility to customize permissions exactly how we need them. Overall, a powerful solution that is native to Salesforce.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the learning curve. With how customizable this tool is, it really is able to handle complex business rules for QA, but this comes at the cost of learning and configuring the tool.

Really easy-to-use app built natively in Salesforce. Great dashboards and seamless scorecard setup. Support is excellent, with regular upgrades that add new and enhanced functionality—making it a great choice for streamlining QA.

We purchased LeapTree when we were starting our Quality Management program. From the onset it was easy to set-up especially with the help of the dedicated onboarding manager. Since it's native to Salesforce, the scorecards are intuitive to setup and the dashboards integrate with existing Salesforce fields/data. Overall, the LeapTree product met our needs for when we launched our QA program and is continuing to meet them with their changing product base.

Pros

Pros include: - Set-up support from the LeapTree team including their onboarding specialist who oversees the implementation. - Scorecard customization - Native to Salesforce for complete integration into the CRM

Cons

Some areas of improvement include: - Automated QA and knowledge recommendations based off trending. - Trend reporting and sentiment analysis with areas of improvement to help us complete the quality management lifecycle.

My overall experience was very positive and highly impactful. I do wish there were trainings to understand more in depth the capabilities and possibilities of Leaptree.

Pros

Leaptree became an essential tool for our comprehensive quality assessments. I’m less experienced with Salesforce and found Leaptree to be easy to understand and implement for my team. This tool massively improved our agent coaching by identifying key areas of improvement. I would recommend this product to any team wanting to enhance their customer service.

Cons

I would like to have seen more trainings on the features. There were some features my QA team had a hard time figuring out. For example, if a scorecard was rejected the new generated card would always go to the same QA’er regardless of who rejected it.

The support team was attentive and thorough during onboarding, ensuring the system was aligned to our processes from the start. Cons

here’s nothing I would call a dislike. The tool has been reliable and easy to use, and any small adjustments we needed were quickly supported by the Leaptree team.

Implementing Leaptree Optimize in our organization was a pleasant surprise when recommended by our internal team working on our Salesforce platform. It worked very well for how we approached quality assurance and performance management. As someone responsible for overseeing our customer service team, I really appreciate how easy it was to build custom QA scorecards that align with our specific goals. The integration with Salesforce was seamless, which saved us a lot of time pulling call data and customer interactions for review. The dashboards are clear and actionable, giving me a quick snapshot of how agents are performing and where coaching is needed. The reporting features have also made it much easier to track trends and flag issues before they escalate. There was a bit of a learning curve when we first set it up, but once we tailored it to our workflows, it became an indispensable tool in our QA process. It’s definitely had a positive impact on both team performance and customer experience.

Pros

What I value most about Leaptree Optimize is how it’s helped us foster a culture of continuous improvement. Our leadership can now give consistent, structured feedback, and agents are more engaged in their own development.

Cons

What I liked least was really on our side, in that we had to use a very base model at the time for cost reasons.

Excellent experience with the software and the team, easy onboarding and great out of the box product - very little customization needed but you can customize however you want, it's the best of both worlds!

Pros

The gamification for agents! My team is much more invested and uses it for internal competition

Cons

It doesn't save as you go, which is frustrating when scoring multiple cards or creating multiple scorecards
