Als Steuerberatung wollten wir sichtbar werden, aber hatten keine Erfahrung mit Social Media. Dank DotSimple ist das Thema für uns jetzt nicht mehr überfordernd, sondern klar strukturiert und machbar. Wir posten regelmäßig, sehen erste Erfolge. Und das Ganze kostet uns kaum Zeit.

Pros

Am Anfang wussten wir ehrlich gesagt nicht, wo wir überhaupt anfangen sollen: was posten, wie oft, auf welchen Kanälen? DotSimple hat uns mit dem Onboarding-Paket perfekt abgeholt. Wir wurden Schritt für Schritt durch den Prozess geführt und haben nicht nur das Tool verstanden, sondern auch eine klare Content-Strategie entwickelt. Das Team ist auch danach immer erreichbar und unterstützt uns laufend mit Tipps und Feedback.

Cons

Als jemand ohne Marketing-Hintergrund waren manche Funktionen anfangs nicht ganz selbsterklärend, aber die Video-Anleitungen sind super verständlich, und der Support ist jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich hilfsbereit.

Unsere Social Media Prozesse sind dank DotSimple deutlich strukturierter und effizienter geworden. Das Tool ist intuitiv, modern gestaltet und spart uns im Arbeitsalltag viel Zeit. Auch der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich, lösungsorientiert und schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ein durchdachtes Tool, das klar auf die Bedürfnisse von Unternehmen zugeschnitten ist.

Pros

DotSimple vereint alles, was wir im Social Media Alltag brauchen – von der Ideenfindung über die Erstellung bis zur Veröffentlichung. Besonders hilfreich sind die AI-gestützten Textvorschläge und der übersichtliche Redaktionskalender. Auch das gesamte Team kann problemlos zusammenarbeiten, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.

Cons

Eine mobile App wäre wünschenswert, um auch unterwegs schnell auf Inhalte oder Kommentare reagieren zu können. Außerdem könnten die Analytics-Reports für einige Plattformen noch etwas tiefer gehen.
