It’s been a transformative addition to our toolset. With Callgoose SQIBS, we’ve automated the majority of our routine tasks and significantly reduced incident response times. I now feel confident that no alert will ever go unnoticed.

Pros

Callgoose SQIBS brings intelligent automation to the forefront. Whether it’s auto-remediation, compliance checks, or multi-language alerts, the platform does it all seamlessly integrated with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and more.

Cons

During onboarding, we found it a bit tricky to narrow down which automations to enable first. A bit more guided setup would’ve helped, but we got the hang of it quickly.
