It's a great way to make great forms (I mainly use it to create forms). It's easy to understand and when finished you have a professional result.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the software and the end result is always great. The people behind Smilejet are always willing to help out!

Cons

None, I worked a lot with the forms, but I did not encounter many flaws.

Top product, Voldoet volledig aan onze wensen Smilejet direct altijd mee en komt altijd met oplossingen of alternatieven om jouw business te optimaliseerden vragen worden altijd binnen 24 uur beantwoord, precies wat er nodig is.

Cons

Tot dusverre niets tegengekomen. Smilejet heeft alles en die enkele keer dat we een specifieke vraag qua functionaliteit hadden werd er meegedacht en prioriteit aan gegeven en hadden we deze functionaliteit binnen enjkele dagen tot onze beschikking.

I've been using Smilejet for a while now, and I'm really impressed with how smoothly and intuitively it works. There's no need to click endlessly to find what you need, which makes it super user-friendly. A great bonus— and a pleasant surprise— is that customer sessions are automatically recorded. This allows me to filter by page or page type and see exactly what visitors look at, click on, or ignore. These insights are incredibly valuable and truly help improve your website.

Pros

The customer sessions. The sessions of your website visitors are being captured and you can really use that to your benefits. It is so nice to see what people are doing, clicking on and, especially, ignoring or don't understand.

Cons

Nothing really that I can think off. Great service overall.
