La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Es una solución que no solo permite diseñar programas de loyalty, sino activarlos de forma real y medible. He visto cómo ayuda a mejorar la recurrencia, el engagement y el valor del cliente de forma bastante directa. Además, el equipo detrás aporta conocimiento y acompañamiento, lo que facilita mucho la implementación y evolución del proyecto.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es su capacidad para centralizar datos de cliente y activarlos directamente en estrategias de fidelización reales (puntos, niveles, promociones, wallet, etc.), sin depender de múltiples herramientas externas. También destacaría la flexibilidad del sistema y su enfoque omnicanal, que permite conectar fácilmente online y offline. Otro punto fuerte es la rapidez con la que puedes poner en marcha acciones con impacto real en negocio.

Cons

Como toda herramienta potente, tiene una curva de aprendizaje inicial, especialmente si quieres sacarle el máximo partido a nivel estratégico. Además, en algunos casos muy específicos de integración o personalización, puede requerir soporte técnico o desarrollo adicional.
