Our overall experience has been very positive and satisfying. Sunny CRM truly met my and my team's expectations for making our work easier and efficient at the office, focus and turn the data become an insightful information. Sunny CRM provides excellent Value for Money. We feel our work has become more structured, and collaboration between teams is much smoother. It's the right solution for a growing team.

Pros

What I loved most about Sunny CRM is how it genuinely made our team's day-to-day work so much smoother. The features for Sales Management (I use it for building the community) and Lead Management aren't just powerful, they actually make sense and are easy to pick up. Honestly, the biggest win for us was its Ease of Use. We didn't have to sit through weeks of training, everyone got the hang of it almost immediately. Plus, the Tracking is fantastic, it’s so clear and open, letting us see exactly where we stand and how we can best move forward to scale the business.

Cons

It's hard to find significant drawbacks because we are satisfied. Perhaps if there's one area for improvement, it would be to have more in-depth customization options in the reporting section (thou, it's not easy, we understand). However, this isn't a major issue, and the current features are more than sufficient for our needs.

As a company that works across digital platforms and client segments, we need a CRM that can grow with us. Sunny CRM allows us to configure custom fields, pipelines, and contact segmentation, which makes managing both B2B and B2C clients much easier.

Pros

Our first impression in using Sunny CRM is the clean interface and ease of use, they helped our team to master the platform even without formal training. Sunny CRM support team has also been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed assistance or clarification

Cons

Though everything in Sunny CRM is functional and meets our core requirements, we really look forward to having more innovation from Sunny CRM simply to help us elevate the way we work on our business

Sunny CRM is very helpful for maintaining continuity during project handovers or when team members change. It has helped reduce miscommunication and keeps all relevant stakeholder info in one place, which is valuable in long-term engineering projects.

Pros

Sunny CRM gives us a centralized place to manage project-related contacts, such as subcontractors, government liaisons, and consultants.

Cons

An integration with project management tools like Microsoft Project would be very helpful as we don’t need to export data manually.
