Great product, customer experience improved, high level of customer service and real bottom line impact for our company. Strongly recommend using Tratta for your payment processing and collections needs.

Pros

Higher recovery rate and revenue — Card payments doubled and the company recovered over $650,000 in seven months. Faster time-to-value — Data migration and launch completed in months with only a few days of user training. Improved customer experience — Customers can self-serve via links in emails/texts, avoiding inconvenient calls or costly alternatives. Automation reduces manual work — Daily automated reports, Salesforce case creation, and omnichannel messaging cut labor and process steps. Stronger data and reporting — Centralized data, easy downloads, and day/month queries support leadership reporting and ROI demonstration. Better vendor support — Responsive client success and engineering support with same-day or 24-hour turnaround on issues. Reduced privacy risk — Eliminates verbal collection of payment card data, lowering PII exposure from phone calls.

Cons

Onboarding was incredibly smooth thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\], who was knowledgeable, patient, and made the transition feel effortless. The platform itself is intuitive and appears well-suited to support our firm's operational needs moving forward.

Pros

The platform enables us to offer online payments, track collection campaigns, and support self-service options for debtors, significantly reducing the time our staff spends on processing payments.

Cons

We haven't encountered any downsides yet. If anything changes as we use the platform more extensively, we'll try to update, but so far, so good.
