I’ve had a really positive experience with WeSolve. It’s a solid tool for engaging teams or communities in a more democratic way. It helped us get honest input and build more buy-in for the decisions we were making. Definitely something I’d recommend to other orgs looking to listen better and act on what people say.

Pros

I really like how WeSolve makes it easy to bring people into the decision-making process. It’s not just about feedback forms — it actually helps structure challenges and let people contribute ideas that feel heard. The interface is clean, and the whole process feels well thought through.

Cons

If you’re not used to involving people in decisions, it can take a bit more effort upfront to get it going.

Pros

Good people on the team, you can tell they want the best for all their customer and they put the time to make them have the best experience possible.

Cons

Not too much to say here. The platform is not perfect in every resolution but from what I have talked to them, they are actively fixing it.
