No tech headaches, no confusing dashboards—just plug in your flow and go. What I love most is how it combines client management, content delivery, and progress tracking in one place. My onboarding process is smoother, my clients are more engaged, and I finally have time to focus on what I do best—coaching. The support team’s also been top-notch whenever I had questions. Honestly, it feels like this app was built by someone who actually gets what fitness coaches need. Total game changer. Pros Well, the team! the support and the marketing emails which have the coaches mental health at the center of the picture. This is what i love about Kahhunas the most. The platform is very easy to use and my clietns love the simplicity of it Cons I eagerly look forward to improvements in certain areas of the web version. While the core features work well, there are moments where the interface feels a bit not so user friendly A cleaner layout and quicker navigation would really elevate the experience. Sometimes, minor glitches slow down the workflow. One feature i eargerly await is the automated checkin feature That said, I’m confident the team is on it, and I’m excited to see how it evolves. Too many limitations, too little flexibility – and too much time spent trying to work around the system instead of with it. Pros The idea behind Kahunas is promising – combining training, habits, and content in one system. In theory, it should make coaching more structured and scalable. Cons In practice, the platform felt far too rigid for my needs. The workout builder was extremely limited and unintuitive – creating individual training plans took way too much time and drove me nuts. I also found the overall client management interface confusing and cluttered. Tracking progress or finding the relevant data quickly wasn’t easy, especially when working with multiple clients. There’s very little flexibility to adapt the platform to your own coaching style Switched from [TrueCoach](https://www.capterra.com/p/155784/truecoach/) I loved True Coach, but it lacked the ability of easy to set up Habit tracking and Check Ins. I learnt so much through our call which helped me decide to stick with Kahunas as I was also considering other coaching apps. Pros How easy it is to use. The app is user friendly which makes it great for a first time coach. It also has a lot to offer generally to clients. Cons Nothing so far it’s been great! The ease of use stood out to me the most. Also the price for everything included is amazing. Cons Nothing really stood out to me. Perhaps the only area was that there wasn't an easier way to see all workouts across a programme at the same time, so you can programme progressive overload/change variables quickly. Pros It's a great support tool for my coaching business & clients - it makes life easier for them, and also myself. So it's a win/win. And, the customer support has been amazing - I'd like to recognise \[sensitive content hidden\] for her professional & friendly help. I have ADHD and get easily stressed & overwhelmed when it comes to tech - \[sensitive content hidden\] was understanding, patient & kind, which in today's world isn't commonplace. She took me through the necessary steps to help resolve the issue and didn't rush me despite the session overrunning. More companies need a \[sensitive content hidden\]- I'm sure the team at Kahunas appreciate having her as part if their staff. Cons It's still early days for me with Kahunas, so perhaps I don't have enough experience with it to answer fully. The only slight negative is the 30-days it takes to get the app up & running, but the support I have received with this has been amazing - \[sensitive content hidden\] the Coach Success Agent who helped me went above & beyond.
