Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit Danova Assistant ist durchweg positiv und absolut top! Die einfache Handhabung und die schnelle Einbindung haben uns sofort überzeugt. Was aber noch wichtiger ist: Die Rückmeldungen unserer Kunden sind fantastisch. Für diejenigen, die wirklich auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen sind, ist das Tool eine enorme Erleichterung. Es ist ein unschätzbarer Mehrwert für unser Angebot.

Pros

Am meisten begeistert mich die nahtlose Integration und die herausragende Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Es ist unglaublich einfach, das Tool in bestehende Websites einzubinden, und es funktioniert von Anfang an reibungslos. Die intuitive Bedienung sorgt dafür, dass unsere Kunden, die auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen sind, sofort alle Vorteile nutzen können.

Cons

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts, was mir an dem Tool missfällt. Danova Assistant erfüllt alle Erwartungen und übertrifft sie sogar. Das System wird ständig weiterentwickelt, was zeigt, dass der Anbieter sich voll und ganz für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung einsetzt.

Wir haben den danova Assistant auf der Website zum Testen eingebunden, da die digitale Barrierefreiheit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Es passt dynamische Inhalte auf der Website an, wenn Menschen mit Einschränkungen unsere Website besuchen uns die Funktionen benötigen. Für alle anderen Besucher bleibt die Website ganz normal in unserem gewohnten Design. Aktuell testen wir unterschiedliche Lösungen zur Barrierefreiheit.

Pros

Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und das Tool läuft stabil. Sieht sehr schön auf der Website aus, integriert sich sehr gut. Der Funktionsumfang und somit das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Auch die dauerhaft kostenlose Funktion für Websites mit weniger Besuchern ist von Vorteil. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Cons

Einige wünschenswerte Funktionen fehlen, beispielsweise Unterstützung bzw. Erstellung von Alt-Texten. Löst nicht 100% der Barrierefreiheitsverstöße.

Wir haben den Danova Assistant genutzt, um unsere Website von Unlimited Kids e.V. barrierefrei zu machen. Das gesamte Team hat uns dabei kostenlos unterstützt, was für uns als gemeinnütziger Träger eine enorme Hilfe war. Die Zusammenarbeit war sehr unkompliziert: Der Code ließ sich ohne Probleme einfügen, und direkt danach war die Seite deutlich zugänglicher und nutzerfreundlicher. Besonders gefällt uns, dass die Lösung intuitiv bedienbar ist und Besuchern unserer Seite mit ADHS, Autismus oder anderen Einschränkungen einen spürbaren Mehrwert bietet. Wir schätzen außerdem die freundliche Kommunikation und die schnelle Umsetzung. Es war für uns das Gefühl, wirklich einen Partner an der Seite zu haben, dem Inklusion genauso wichtig ist wie uns. Fazit: Der Danova Assistant ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Lösung für alle, die ihre Webseite barrierefrei gestalten möchten. Einfach, effektiv und mit einem engagierten Team im Hintergrund!

Die Software ist nicht nur übersichtlich, sondern ermöglicht mit nur einem Knopfdruck, unsere Website barrierefrei zu gestalten. Es ist ein unglaublich leichter Schritt mit einer großen Wirkung für echte Inklusion.

Cons

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Funktionen im nonverbalen Bereich (z. B. mehr Symbole oder Piktogramme) noch ausgebaut werden könnten. Auch eine größere Auswahl an individuellen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten wäre wünschenswert, aber das mindert nicht den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck
