Pros: The product is very straight forward to use and is relatively intuitive. Having voice and LMS fully integrated with the software has simplified our management of the system and allows us to focus on warehousing.

Cons: Our ability to warehouse the data and data mine directly on historic data (older than a few months) is the greatest weakest of this system.

Overall: We don't shut down for inventories any more. Picking productivity is up over 20%. Order accuracy and completeness have improved substantially.
