estoy contento la verdad, como comentaba los sms llegan bastante rápido, tienen un ID establecido, su API es fácil de integrar, yo la uso para verificación OTP, me va muy bien.

Pros

Lo que más valoro es el sistema de prioridad de entrega. Me brinda la tranquilidad de que los mensajes críticos llegarán a los usuarios sin demora, garantizando una comunicación fiable y segura en todo momento.

Cons

igual el precio no es tan competitivo en España, comparando con otras empresas que cuestan la mitad de precio, pero van con un poco mas de retraso en las entregas de los sms.

Para la campaña que tenemos es perfecta, facil de usar, amigable, tiene link de baja, eso nos ayuda a filtrar a los clientes que queremos llegar. Vamos a ver a futuro las API para automatizar nuestros procesos.

Pros

no necesitas comprar número, puedes enviar rápido, validacion menos de 24hrs, facil de cargar base de datos y segementar información. Muestra el resumen que necesitamos ver por campaña.

Cons

No filtra bien los parametros diarios, filtre un día y no me sale información, o filtro campañas y no es muy seguro si realmente muestra el rango de horas o fechas de las campañas, me aseguro de hacerlo manual.

Nos gusta el servicio de LabsMobile. Es fácil de integrar en nuestra propia plataforma y sus tarifas son muy competitivas, el servicio a cliente ha sido muy respetuoso y útil en todo momento.

Overall, my experience has been good. Compared to other providers, the KYC process is very simple; it requires few steps to complete registration with Labs Mobile and doesn't require many documents.

Pros

Customer service, ease of integration, and success rate, in addition to the attention given to queries or tickets that are clearly answered in a timely manner even on non-business days.

Cons

It could be the waiting time when using a new payment method, as it needs to be validated, and in emergency situations this can be difficult to manage.

Overall, my experience with LabsMobile has been very positive. The service is cost-effective, reliable, and easy to integrate into our application. We have not experienced any failures, and the platform consistently meets our needs. Even though the portal design is simple, it fully delivers on functionality, which is the most important aspect for us.

Pros

What I liked most about LabsMobile is how cost-effective the service is. We integrated it into our app easily, and it has been very reliable. We haven’t experienced any failures so far, and overall I am very satisfied with its performance and stability.

Cons

Visually, the portal design is quite simple and not very modern. However, this is not really an issue for me, as it perfectly fulfills my requirements and does exactly what I was looking for.

Très pratique connecté à un crm via api mais manque interface directement dans le CRM; Tarif aussi bien !

La confiabilidad de los SMS enviados, estuvimos validando otros proveedores y los usuarios constantemente se quejaban que no los recibían y era que llegaban a SPAM, desde que cambiamos a LABS MOBILE, este inconveniente se solucionó. Adicional cuenta con varias opciones de integración, tanto para sistemas antiguos como modernos, lo cual también facilitó el proceso de implementación.

Hasta el momento no he encontrado algo que me pueda o haya generado alguna inconformidad con el servicio.

Easy to use and very fast sms sending. I liked particularly the hability to use credits that work for any sms

Cons

Platform is a little outdated but no problem tbh using it. Maybe it would be also easier to navigate around it

Todo muy bien, contento con la experiencia hasta ahora, la api es rápida, el panel también, y el soporte es excelente.

Pros

La rapidez en responder mis dudas vía chat online, el precio por SMS y el panel que tienen donde se puede ver el histórico y contenido de cada mensaje.

Cons

Nada hasta ahora, la experiencia ha sido muy fluída. Veníamos de usar el proveedor Twilio, que aparte de más costoso no era tan accesible en soporte.

es una buena plataforma, envia bien los mensajes y no genera spam, la recomiendo a los demás usuarios.

Cons

Es un poco lenta para cargar en el login de inicio y en el codigo de factor de seguridad, pero es funcional

Buena, cuando hemos tenido problemas con tan solo contactar a soporte nos han dado la solución, y han cumplido con el servicio.

Pros

Envío de mensajes de texto y el soporte, siempre ha sido oportuno y efectivo, han atendido las solicitudes.

Cons

El bloqueo que tuvimos con respecto al envío de los mensajes, pero esto quedó solucionado con soporte.

La facilidad de aplicar el servicio y el buen precio. Es un excelente servicio, totalmente recomendable.

Cons

No hay nada que no me guste. En principio fue un poco complicado para mi ingresar, pues no aceptaba el correo, creo, pero los encargados resolvieron y todo fluye desde entonces.
