Muy buena documentacin que nos hizo implementar el servicio de envios de SMS en nuestros programas. Con el crédito inicial hicimos pruebas y en un muy poco tiempo, estábamos enviando SMS.

Pros

Servicio listo para usar, bien documentado. Soporte en linea muy diligente y resolutivo. Un buen panel de gestión con avisos e información práctica.

Cons

API limitada. Resulta llamativo que no se pueda obtener un informe de envios entre dos fechas, por lo demás contento.

Fácil de manejar y muy intuitivo. Ofrece versatilidad de opciones, en nuestro caso los SMS es lo que más utilizamos.

Cons

El único problema es que cuando la página lleva un tiempo inactiva te obliga a registrarte de nuevo, la sesión caduca muy pronto.

Buena experiencia. El soporte me apoyó cuando mis mensajes SMS dejaron de llegar (estaba realizando pruebas locales en mi proyecto).

Pros

Buen costo por SMS, envíos en México sin problemas. Utilizo el SDK de PHP para el envío de mensajes, es relativamente fácil de configurar y utilizar.

Cons

No hay nada que no me haya gustado realmente. Tal vez podrían modernizar un poco su interfaz del área de clientes, no pedir códigos de confirmación al iniciar sesión y actualizar su SDK de PHP para soportar PHP 8.5.

Llevo años usando LabsMobile y me ha parecido una muy buena experiencia. Solo en contadas ocasiones he tenido inconvenientes con el envio de SMS

Facilidad de uso. Seguridad de que los mensajes llegan al cliente. Costo bajo. Longitud de los mensajes adecuado.

Cons

No poder usar stickers en los mensajes. El envio y diseño de las landings page muy complicado de usar.

estoy contento la verdad, como comentaba los sms llegan bastante rápido, tienen un ID establecido, su API es fácil de integrar, yo la uso para verificación OTP, me va muy bien.

Pros

Lo que más valoro es el sistema de prioridad de entrega. Me brinda la tranquilidad de que los mensajes críticos llegarán a los usuarios sin demora, garantizando una comunicación fiable y segura en todo momento.

Cons

igual el precio no es tan competitivo en España, comparando con otras empresas que cuestan la mitad de precio, pero van con un poco mas de retraso en las entregas de los sms.

Para la campaña que tenemos es perfecta, facil de usar, amigable, tiene link de baja, eso nos ayuda a filtrar a los clientes que queremos llegar. Vamos a ver a futuro las API para automatizar nuestros procesos.

Pros

no necesitas comprar número, puedes enviar rápido, validacion menos de 24hrs, facil de cargar base de datos y segementar información. Muestra el resumen que necesitamos ver por campaña.

Cons

No filtra bien los parametros diarios, filtre un día y no me sale información, o filtro campañas y no es muy seguro si realmente muestra el rango de horas o fechas de las campañas, me aseguro de hacerlo manual.

Excellent customer service, really quick to setup and great price point. I had some delivery issues but the team was quick to help me.

Pros

LabsMobile is a great tool for my business, really easy to use and at a good price vs other competitors.

Cons

Platform is a little clumsy and outdated, and I'm lacking of some dashboard and usage statistics, specially for delivery data.

Desde que descubrimos el servicio de LabsMobile no hemos tenido que explorar otra opción, la documentación para usarlo ha sido suficiente y la plataforma ha sido suficiente para todo lo que requerimos.

Pros

Nos gusta el servicio de LabsMobile. Es fácil de integrar en nuestra propia plataforma y sus tarifas son muy competitivas, el servicio a cliente ha sido muy respetuoso y útil en todo momento.

Cons

Todo hasta ahora me ha gustado, nada malo que comentar del servicio. Sin comentarios negativos, todo bien.

Overall, my experience has been good. Compared to other providers, the KYC process is very simple; it requires few steps to complete registration with Labs Mobile and doesn't require many documents.

Pros

Customer service, ease of integration, and success rate, in addition to the attention given to queries or tickets that are clearly answered in a timely manner even on non-business days.

Cons

It could be the waiting time when using a new payment method, as it needs to be validated, and in emergency situations this can be difficult to manage.

La verdad que aunque como desventaja se un chatbot obtienes respuesta rápida y eso se agradece ya que hablas con personal y no con IA

Overall, my experience with LabsMobile has been very positive. The service is cost-effective, reliable, and easy to integrate into our application. We have not experienced any failures, and the platform consistently meets our needs. Even though the portal design is simple, it fully delivers on functionality, which is the most important aspect for us.

Pros

What I liked most about LabsMobile is how cost-effective the service is. We integrated it into our app easily, and it has been very reliable. We haven’t experienced any failures so far, and overall I am very satisfied with its performance and stability.

Cons

Visually, the portal design is quite simple and not very modern. However, this is not really an issue for me, as it perfectly fulfills my requirements and does exactly what I was looking for.
