Hasta ahora todo muy bien, buen servicio al cliente, resuelven rápido y buena relación costo-calidad. El precio para Colombia es muy bueno. Para otros países como Ecuador es alto.

La facilidad de uso y la implementación de su API. El servicio al cliente fue rápido y muy bueno. Recomendado.

Cons

En realidad no mucho. La Web UI puede ser mejor y más amigable en general, pero siento que es más para uso masivo a través de su API.

Algunos SMS tardan en llegar al destinatario, me gustaría que la velocidad fuera más rapida, ya que muchos de los mensajes que enviamos necesitan ser leidos rapidamente

overall so good, no issues with sending messages, all has been working without a hitch except sometimes the usual when messages does not reach the receiver

Easy to configure and get an API to setup on my server, the use of tokens helps so much with it and smooth process

Cons

The interface can be a bit confusing sometimes, specially to read when i'm due to pay or get credits.

good... it works and its very simple. sometime the SMS takes a long time to get delivered, but the price is good.

Pros

API easy to use, great price and the webpage works great. I dont know if the support is good, have not used it jet.

Cons

The messages takes around 20s or sometimes more. The price is very low compared to the previous solution I used.

The technical support is superb. Once it works, it works and nor further assistance needed. The integration in software works fine with curl.

Pros

Initial startup problems and contacted the team and very, very helpful. Problems were solved and it all works very reliable and as it is used for process alarms very good.

Cons

Cannot think of anything which was cumbersome. Setting up the system was by far the easiest compared with others. Only on the next page of this quationaire you can only fill in 'SMS Marketing'.

I have a long use of the platform without problems I have used it to send text only messages and text with links to web sites in order to send files

The easy way to implement the service in my software When I began implementation of messages sending it was succesful inmediately and I learned quickly all about that subject

Cons

I have nothing to blame about the service I am happy with it and it gave me ideas about to take advantage of using it

el principio fue buena pero ya no, tengo más de 15 día que no me contestan. aunque el problema no este resulto pero es de mala educación que no contesten.

me gustaba, ya no. son pocos profesionales, desatentos, los mensajes ya no se envian, yo entiendo que es un problema ajeno a ellos pero no tienen la amabilidad de conestarme, solamente una vez me contestaron y por eso sé que el problema es de los organismos reguladores del pais a donde se requiere enviar los mensajes, pero aqui lo que me molesta es que no me contestan.

Cons

son pocos profesionales, desatentos, los mensajes ya no se envian, yo entiendo que es un problema ajeno a ellos pero no tienen la amabilidad de conestarme, solamente una vez me contestaron y por eso sé que el problema es de los organismos reguladores del pais a donde se requiere enviar los mensajes, pero aqui lo que me molesta es que no me contestan, he generado un ticket y ya llevan más de 15 días sin responderme, y les he estado pregunte y pregunte sobre el estatus de mi tema que estan tratando y ninguna contestación he recibido.

es una plataforma bastante robusta y segura, te permite conexión con múltiples países, aun NO he probado las API, espero que sea igual de efectivo.

es rápido y seguro, muy recomendado, lo uso especialmente para recordatorios y transacciones y ha llegado los sms sin inconvenientes

un poco compleja la plataforma, podría ser un poco mas intuitiva, pero ya después de conocerla es fácil de usar

El Dash, lo facil que es hacer campañas y hacer seguimiento a los mensajes, lo rapido que llegan a destino

Cons

Tal vez mejorar un poco la interface de usuario y hacerla mas amigable, se siente una pagina muy de marketing

En general, la experiencia con LabsMobile ha sido positiva. La integración mediante API es sencilla y eficiente, aunque podría mejorarse la velocidad de entrega. Sin embargo, cumple perfectamente con su función y lo recomiendo por su facilidad de uso.

Lo que más me gustó fue la facilidad y rapidez de conexión con la API, lo cual permite integrar rápidamente las funcionalidades.

Very simple integration with our system. Text messages arrive quickly, and we can see all the records within our account.

Cons

Message statistics only show unique clicks and it would be great to be able to see all clicks as well. We are not sure if it is possible to send picture messages to Argentina.
