Great vendor. The partnership has always been good with us getting to test different features and always clear feedback on performance

Pros

Great breakdown of data and easy to select and get specific feedback about positive/negative sentiment as well as different design data.

Cons

Need to be able to more easily integrate retail data collection. We love the format for digital but would like to use this for our other customer feedback avenues for more cohesive view.

Overall, the platform has been valuable for understanding customer perceptions of our products and identifying areas for improvement. Some of the survey questions feel a bit dated or lengthy, and streamlining them along with clearly indicating required vs. optional questions could help improve the user experience and response quality. The customer success team has been consistently informative and responsive, which has been a strong positive throughout our experience!

Pros

Provides high-quality, real-time customer feedback. I especially appreciate the daily VitalMail updates, which offer a quick and convenient overview without requiring a daily dashboard login.

Cons

The survey incentive structure (e.g., sweepstakes or digital magazine rewards) may not feel as compelling to all customers, which can impact engagement levels or the depth of responses in some cases.

We really enjoy being able to receive valuable feedback from our customers that we might not ordinarily have access to without some form of survey AND we don't even have to do the work to create or administer the survey, SCORE!

Pros

Aside from being able to understand how UserX on our site is viewed, the ability to sync/link our customer reviews to our home page and Google is such a bonus!

Cons

There really isn't any negatives for us as this point; we have been using this service for just about a full year and so far we are quite happy.

On the whole, a good experience. We have been with them for years and we feel they have provided beneficial feedback and have also improved our online presence.

Pros

Overall, good value for the money. We particularly like the public rating we get with our google search results. Our one on one meetings are useful to review our customers feedback. Our account rep does a good job engaging with us.

Cons

I am not a huge fan about the magazine rewards people get for filling out the surveys. I feel it doesn't align perfectly with our high end brand.

Great experience. Used Bizrate for a prior business that I exited, now using it again for a new business. So that tells you something!

Pros

The exit survey is important for our website, since it's real-world feedback both for our internal organization and new customers who visit us. The survey collection results can be made available to new visitors which helps build trust.

Cons

The exit survey implementation was really easy by adding a few lines of code to our checkout pages. The survey collection results are complied automatically by the Bizrate platform.

The insights we’re getting from customer feedback are very useful for improving our store experience. Highly recommended!

Pros

The installation process was simple and quick. The platform is easy to navigate, and the customer support is outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\] was incredibly helpful — we had several calls about setup and configurations, and she guided me through everything with patience and professionalism.

Cons

Nothing major so far. It’s still a newer app, so I’m looking forward to seeing more reporting options and added customization in the future.
