The program allows for the opportunity to engage your own preferred partners, while also introducing new vendors to accommodate your needs. The technology and platform is seamless, scalable and fully customizable, and the team is attentive to, and driven by customer needs/satisfaction. The reporting is robust and provides framework to build narrative for sharing/providing meaningful data and insights. Especially in healthcare, and through COVID, their ability to pivot, with attention to urgency, assist in implementing and communicating new requirements and maintain compliance, has been integral in helping to keep operations running. Cons They have the functionality, however our company did not utilize 3rd party integration for real-time, geo-fenced or mobile timekeeping. The SourceNow team has been great about addressing any potential concerns we might’ve had.
