oomnia Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) software by Wemedoo centralizes patient allocation and investigational product oversight for sponsors and coordinators. The application automates randomization within the electronic case report form, cutting duplicate data and error risk. It tracks investigational product stock at depots and sites, shows real-time kit status, expiry, and temperature excursions, and triggers resupply when thresholds are met. Stratified, block, and adaptive randomization schemes can be configured through code uploads. Staff can move kits between sites, export patient level logs for the trial master file, and assign kits nearing expiry first to avoid waste and extra shipments. Audit history plus FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 validation support compliance. Hosted with electronic data capture, eSource, CTMS, ePRO, and eConsent in one validated SaaS environment, the module uses single sign-on and shared audit trails for rapid adoption.
