Overall, our experience with Easy Space has been very positive. As a small coworking like Espai Groc in Valencia, having a clear and simple system to manage everything has made a big difference. One of the most valuable features for us is being able to see real-time capacity and occupancy. This allows us to manage overbooking much more easily and confidently, optimizing our space and even increasing the number of coworkers without losing control. It has also reduced a lot of manual work and given us better visibility to make decisions based on actual data. Instead of guessing availability, we now have a clear overview at all times. Combined with the Stripe integration and the improvements in the coworker experience, it has helped us run the space in a much more efficient and professional way.

Pros

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, which is key for a small team like ours. It brings bookings, member management and payments into one place, saving us a lot of time in our daily operations. The Stripe integration was a big plus for us since we were already using it, so we didn’t have to change our setup. It made the transition much smoother. What really stands out is the team behind it. They are very responsive and actually listen to feedback. We suggested a few features and they implemented them in less than a month, which is something you don’t usually see.

Cons

The migration process required us to notify all our coworkers to update their subscriptions on the new platform, which added some extra work on our side. However, it was worth it. Now they have access to an app where they can download invoices and book meeting rooms themselves, which previously we had to manage manually. This has improved the overall user experience for our coworkers and reduced admin work for us.

As the director of Coco Space, a coworking space and community in Siargao, Philippines, I’ve always believed that structure should never come at the expense of soul. We built Coco Space to be more than just a place to work, it’s a space for connection, growth, and community. But to keep something like that running, especially on an island, you need systems that work quietly and reliably in the background. We started using Easy Space in January this year, and it’s been a turning point for us. What I appreciate most is that it’s clearly built for spaces like ours, small to mid-sized coworking communities that are intentional, values-driven, and ready to scale without losing what makes them special. Since implementing the platform, we’ve become so much more organized. Our customer database is well-managed, we’re clearer on our occupancy and utilization, and we no longer spend time worrying about the operational basics. Those just run. That has given us the freedom to focus on the heart of what we do: our community. With the operations side of things handled more efficiently, we’ve had more space, more energy, and more presence to create meaningful relationships with our members. We’ve also been able to connect with our community in a more personal way, which is the only way we know how to build something that lasts. At the same time, we now have the data and clarity to make smarter business decisions. We’re no longer just reacting, we’re planning, projecting, and growing with intention. That shift has made it possible for us to start exploring ways to scale Coco Space while staying deeply rooted in our values. Easy Space doesn’t just support our operations. It supports our vision. And for that, I’m genuinely grateful.
