Fantástica! No tengo quejas. Redforts lo tiene todo como PMS y no deja de sorprendernos con las mejoras.

Pros

Tiene todas las herramientas que necesito para la gestión de mis reservas, y puedo gestionarlo todo desde la palma de mi mano. El servicio de support es super eficiente y cada vez tiene más y más herramientas para facilitar todas las tareas. El hecho de poder contactar con los clientes por whatsapp directamente sin necesidad de agendar el contacto es genial.

Cons

Que no podemos personalizar los mensajes programados de email por habitación y que no podamos crear plantillas nuevas de mensajes. Estaría bueno contar con alguna integración de IA de precios dinámicos tipo Price Lab o Beyond Pricing.

great, happy with the speed of service and the options to manage the rooms without any effort. fitting also for beginners.

Pros

Amazing and easy system to use. you pay only for what you use. compere to other companies that doing the same things; this guys will make it easy as possible to understand and manage the hotel or b&b. the system have integration with all the big sites like booking.com, airbnb and more

Cons

the booking system has abit simple look but they promises to make it better in the future. can be more modern and fitting for 2025.
