Cons \-I hate the whole alcohol eval section, most of it is over the top and all I need or want is a blank line to write in the info (which it is missing) - I hate that it sends providers docs to review that the patients fill out, and I have to "review" the to get it off my task bar... no one looks at these before the visit with the patient, there needs to be a way to opt out of doc review - No shows, why is it manadatory to put the reason they no showed? they no showed, how the heck am I supposed to know how why they didn't show??? it makes no sense - I need a med management note that is non billable, that I can add info to and it adds it to the running Historical med note - If patient cancel or reschedule an appt, it should not show up on my appt page like I am supposed to see them, I don't want to see the appt on my timeline at all. Once imputed, clients and patients information is easy to access and view .If, for some reason the client has questions about documents, we can tell them which docs we have or have not received. Pros That it was an easy transition for the previous EHR and extremely user friendly. It also seems that the potential clients, patients, and current patients and clients are having an easier time filling out, and returning necessary paperwork. Cons The limited amount of time that the EHR is open after you have logged in with with your email address and password is not sufficient. It can be very frustrating for those of us that are on phone calls, taking information, attending to clients, and answering information to have to input email and password again and again so that we can access the EHR. Overall it is a great user friendly platform that makes billing easy. Pros I love how ProsperityEHR can pre-populate previous notes. It makes writing notes much faster. I appreciate how user friendly it is. Cons I would like if I could make my own custom saved phrases. I would also like to be able to edit some of the templates because I like to include some additional questions in my intakes. I do not recommend this platform because of that. Pros I like the calendar feature because it makes scheduling, checking in patients, checking the patient dashboard, and canceling patients streamlined. Cons \-I do not like the new way of writing notes. It has too many text fields. I wish it had one space to write a note. Notes take me much longer than they used to. The copy from the preceding note feature rarely copies from my last note and copies from several notes back, which throws me off track. You should offer a blank note template for those who do not want all those text boxes. Overall I do not like it. I do not like that the treatment plan is different from the intake assessment. I liked the way it was before, where we had a little mini treatment plan at the end of it without having to do it somewhere else and cause of that I don't even use it. Cons There’s no “cons” for me but I did notice some bugs in the program that were worked out eventually. The exports tab is fantastic and made things very easy for my medical records staff. Pros Documentation is quick and efficient. The patient portal is also super easy for clients to use and has improved workflows for the administrative support staff. Cons The supervisor/supervisee system seems to take longer than normal. We are waiting for some new features to come out, including telehealth within the platform and group notes. We absolutely love the dedication of the entire team (\[sensitive content hidden\]) when we had suggestions and/or concerns on the functionality of the system. It was really instrumental for a successful Go-Live and we've felt really supported through every step of the process in using Prosperity EHR software. Pros This product is very intuitive and has helped increase revenue, productivity, and administrative tasking. The support from the Prosperity EHR team has been amazing from the very beginning!!! Our Go-Live was really smooth and we greatly appreciated the patience the team has had with all of our questions and concerns. Cons Some of the glitches that we've found since Go-Live. The support team has focused on what we consider our priority issues and has been working diligently to find a resolution.
