Using Voizee has been mostly seamless. Any questions or issues have been easily addressed by their amazing support team. And the \[sensitive content hidden\] is awesome.

Pros

The flexibility of the platform, multi purpose use for various departments to communicate with customers. Easy setup.

Cons

All texting platforms must go through a process for regulation and integration. Voizee makes it as easy as possible but it’s still a bit tedious.

Amaizing experience great software very usefull and complete platform now even better with two way sms and AI

Pros

What I like most about the software is its versatility and the options it offers for using text messages, calls, and emails; it's excellent software and I recommend it to everyone.

Cons

The dashboard may seem complex at first, but once you become familiar with its layout and features, you’ll be able to use it effectively.
