It’s reliable, fast, and actually makes my job easier. I’d recommend it to any team that wants structure without the stress. Pros I use FoXERP daily to manage everything from sales orders to invoicing, and honestly, it’s been a breath of fresh air. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the system just works the way you’d expect. I especially like how it handles UK-specific workflows, like VAT tracking and HMRC export reports — no need for workarounds. The search and filters are fast, and it’s easy to train new team members on it. It’s also web-based, so I can work from anywhere. Cons It took me a few days to get used to how some of the reporting works, and I wish the dashboard had more customisation options out of the box. But these are minor compared to how much time it saves overall. Switched from [Odoo](https://www.capterra.com/p/135618/Odoo/) We switched from Odoo to FoXERP mainly due to the need for better UK market localisation and more responsive support. While Odoo is a powerful platform, we found it increasingly complex to customise for UK VAT, HMRC reporting, and specific workflow requirements in sales and invoicing. FoXERP offered a more intuitive interface, faster implementation, and built-in UK compliance features without relying heavily on third-party modules or consultants. It also allowed our internal team to manage configurations more easily, which reduced both cost and dependency on external developers. Overall, FoXERP gave us greater control, faster performance, and a much smoother user experience for our staff — especially those in operations, finance, and customer success.
