Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience. The system helped us move away from messy shared drives and brought real structure to how we store and manage documents. It’s reliable, simple, and definitely improved team efficiency.

Pros

It’s well-organised, easy to use, and makes document handling far less of a headache. I liked how quickly we could upload, categorise, and retrieve documents without having to chase different versions. The permission settings were a bonus very handy for team collaboration.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked. It did exactly what we needed it to do, without any unnecessary complications.
