My experience is very good with the software, it has made the task of being off site and needing to connect to our school infrastructure much easier and a cheaper solution to others I have used.

Pros

This tool gives myself and my team easy access to remote into our servers as and when needed from offsite. The built in MFA and security feature set are welcomed giving me the confidence to utilise this tool for server access. We are currently looking at deploying this to staff devices to allow ease of access for our support team when troubleshooting a device that may be offsite.

Cons

Nothing major has caused us to dislike it, we've had a couple hiccups with certain features not working from time to time but these always seem to be fixed relatively fast.

Really positive, it just works with the minimum of fuss and in relative terms is pretty cheap because of the flexible concurrency.

Pros

For the first time, it's a tool that genuinely reduces our costs as all our IT team can be logged in and start a remote control session at the same time (without any limits), and then each user can still connect to up to 5 devices concurrently..that's the first time we have seen this.

Cons

Some of the Android support is in the early stages, but it seems that new devices are being added all the time.

Great user experience and attentive support. Very refined UI making it quick and easy to get remote control even in some challenging situations. For the price and performance, we can't fault it.

Pros

A refreshingly simple user experience, zero trust and very affordable compared to our current solution for remote on-demand and managed PC support. Very responsive support.

Cons

I look forward to additional features being rolled out, but many improvements have already been made.

Haven't had to use it much seeing as we just got it but used it a couple of times and so far, we seem to enjoy it.

Pros

Ease of setup and access. Being cloud based. Being able to see computer info such as storage, memory etc.

Cons

Not being able to see what users are doing without them being notified via the 247 connect agent. Could use a little bit of scaling down on some of the permissions for each role.

Really positive! The response times from the developers have been great (only contacted for enquiries/general questions, I've not needed to use the support yet). They seem really switched on and keen to engage and develop the service too - which always makes a welcome change these days!

Pros

So many features, well designed, and not just reasonably priced, but with two different types of pricing, meaning you're not paying for things you won't necessarily need. Definitely a great choice for remote support, and I'm happy to have discovered it.

Cons

Nothing springs to mind - so I'll say the fact that it hadn't been released years ago when I first started using remote support tools!
