Our clients love it, they feel they gain a lot from it. It has helped us to build trust and loyalty early on. It is also a great tool with those who allow for push notifications, some of our customers have spontaneously commented walking by our street, Passtastic telling them they were close and them making a stop. We personally also love to see when they hit our 8 stamps target and are able to redeem their prize. As I’ve been telling many people, this is a great service. Pros It is super intuitive, has the right amount of customization, looks great on the Wallet, and best of all, our clients love it. Cons Sometimes it takes a lit bit for the amount of points become reflected and visible on the customers card, though it is always updated on our end, so that’s not really a big deal. I would have really like to keep it ongoing but the issue was that my clients didn't want to add a card to their phone wallets. I hope this changes in the future. Pros easy to use, good pricing, nice interface, no need to ask clients for an app to download or to suscribe to anything. I really enjoyed using passtastic when I learned about them. Cons Probably I would have liked more customization features, but this probably was back then when I used my loyalty card for my coffee shop. I hope those features are now available. Also, there were some screen size alignment issues that I looked at on some devices (android).
