Pros

The team is great, they are made up for former & current tour operators so they really know what they are doing when building an all-in-one product for fellow operators!

Cons

Can't think of any cons to the software. Anything that simplifies operations is a huge pro in my book.

Pros

Simple to use and set up. All the representatives at the company are professional and knowledgeable. I've used FareHarbor for years and their customer support has gone down hill.

Cons

So far I've found it easy to understand. They have a simple pricing model and support is solid. No issues.
