My experience with wabo is really really great. I was able to automate certain tasks with so much ease thanks to wabo.

Pros

Wabo simplifies WhatsApp automation processes. I was able to create a chatbot within minutes and without any coding, it was able to interact and manage basic queries and lead acquisition immediately. The shared inbox feature improves coordination among staff and gets customers’ needs to be met in a timely manner. I was impressed with how Wabo allowed us to streamline processes by setting up automated campaigns and I felt as if I was doing less and achieving more. The support team resolves issues with surprising quickness.

Cons

The most notable issue is that there is no pricing information available. Having to contact sales is an inconvenience that slows workflows. Having a free trial or a starter plan would be beneficial.
