good helped us out when a neighbour complained to the platforms about partys being in the place. i sent the log to the platform and they saw the neighbour was not telling the truth

Pros

Gives me control of my places understanding the amount of people in the property and the sound. It is my 1st go to to understand what is happening in my property as well as the camera doorbell

Cons

does not have a function to know if the windows have been opened i have seen this on other systems atm i use smart things with window and door sensors

Once it was up and running, my experience with the Minut sensor has been great. The graphs and the ability to save reports is much appreciated.

Pros

The Minut Sensor has provided data regarding noise from an amphitheater almost 2 miles(!) away. The location is in Colorado Springs, CO where the amphitheater has been a serious problem. Because it shows repeated violations of local statutes, the data collected by the Minut Sensor have provided valuable evidence of noise pollution that needs to be mitigated at its source.

Cons

The instructions for set up, use, and storage are not detailed enough. My sensor is part of community effort with other sensors. The people who organized the effort added instructive details that were necessary to successfully use the the Minut instructions.

Belle expérience avec le produit et le service client est très réactif même s'il faut parfois s'y prendre à deux fois car l'IA en première intention est (comme d'habitude pour toute entreprise) inefficace.

Pros

Un véritable outil qui m'apporte sérénité et qui me permet de réagir et de temporiser face aux évènements, demandes ou critiques des voyageurs. Quand on me dit qu'il fait trop froid alors que minut m'indique 21°C par exemple.

Cons

De plus en plus cher ... mais surtout j'ai été l'une de leur première cliente et je n'ai pas le droit de profiter de toutes les avancés de leur produit sauf si j'achète un autre capteur dont je n'ai pas besoin. Ce n'est pas très commercial ni très écologique. J'ai bien essayé de voir avec eux mais aucune discussion possible. Donc pas d'évolution de produit pour moi mais je paye la même chose que pour ceux qui ont un produit plus évolué.... cherchez l'erreur...

Minut has significantly improved how I manage my short-term rentals. It provides peace of mind and supports proactive guest management. It strikes the perfect balance between security, automation, and guest privacy.

Pros

The privacy-safe noise monitoring and automatic guest messaging make it incredibly easy to manage noise issues without direct involvement. The data insights also help optimize property management. Minut provides solid value, especially for short-term rental hosts. While the hardware and subscription may be a bit of an upfront investment, the peace of mind and automation it offers make it worthwhile.

Cons

Occasional sync delays with booking platforms and slightly limited customization in automated guest messages.
