Pros I can write from a Manufacturing Industry point of view, being SaaS software it was easy for us to implement in various Factories globally. Cons Nothing which I did not like the least, but I think a multilingual tool would be great other than English. If you are into Pharma you should try and see VisitorFlow Software Pros We are Pharma company they have features which comply with our FDA guidelines, it also generates reports for monitoring visitors. Pros The features which they have build are very new like Emergency management system which is not there in other Visitor software. Cons This is in only English, they should make it multi lingual so it does not become a barrier to use by global factories. Pros The UI/UX is well designed and the workflow for Visitor Pass approval is simple, the Visitor Pass can be used in Digital format or a print can be taken. Cons Thinking about least I liked about visitor flow software is that the reports are in excel sheets, I would like if they also offered a pdf format.
