I was particularly frustrated by the inability to speak with a live support agent regarding the disruption in charting for my patients. When documentation issues directly impact patient care and workflow, timely access to real-time assistance is essential. I initially chose this platform because I believed it would allow me to efficiently chart a high volume of patients in a short amount of time. Instead, the prolonged disruption created significant workflow challenges and administrative backlog. The lack of immediate support during this period ultimately caused unnecessary stress and operational chaos within my practice.

Pros

I appreciated the efficiency of the app during the trial phase. It was easy to navigate, responsive, and straightforward to use. The features worked smoothly, and I was able to access everything without technical issues. The setup process was simple, and the overall design felt intuitive and well organized. During the trial period, the app performed consistently and met my expectations, which initially gave me confidence in the service.

Cons

After the trial, the app was not functioning for nearly one month, and despite repeated attempts to have the issue resolved, I was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, due to the lack of resolution and ongoing difficulties, I ultimately had to terminate our business relationship. Throughout this experience, I felt unsupported as a customer. Most concerning was the recurring issue surrounding billing. I am so disappointed

From one to ten, I would rate it 8 out of 10 for now, and that’s because of some things still need to be adjusted for my practice.

Pros

I like that it captures the patients wordings and arrange them in medical form with understandable English. I like the speed it gives in generating the notes. It’s affordable for this small practice, when compared to others. It’s simple and easy to use, not confusing at all. I haven’t used customer support; I have been communicating with the representative via text and he answers my questions and helps with issues I have. I do love most of the instructions it generates.

Cons

The problems I have found with SKRIBER are as follows: -not capturing all the spoken diagnoses mentioned during the entire visit. -not able to pick up the patient's responses correctly and therefore put out of context wordings. -not listing correct codes frequently. -not capturing a complete objective examination.

Pros

The ease of documentation is a real time saver. Customer support is excellent always ready to help make documentation easier and compliant. Has been a valuable asset to my toolbox

Cons

So far no issues everything has been smooth and up to expectations , system works great, have not had any issues
