Excellent! I am completely satisfied with all the experiences. The 30 days after we go live and we are still able to talk to someone if we have any questions is amazing.

Pros

I love how quick they were able to move everything over and set up usernames for my staff and providers! Sam and the team went above and beyond to make sure my website was also integrated correctly.

Cons

None. There are no things I do not like about schedule drop. It is like my previous booking software on steroids.

Customer support, very obvious you are engrained day 1. I was worried about transferring info over and it was a breeze

Cons

Somewhat Tech heavy, I was worried especially about transferring over contact info, the team made it very easy

Pros

The costumer support was my favorite part of schedule. Whenever I had an issue or question it was answered within minutes.

Cons

The hardest part for me was the technology learning curve as I’m not a tech person. I can’t say enough about how helpful schedule drop was in this process.

Onboarding and customer support were my favorite part. Setting up any software can be complicated and they did the whole thing for me. Highly recommend!!

There wasn’t anything specific I didn’t like yet the only thing that was a bit of a learning curve going from pen and pencil to computer

Honestly I couldn’t be happier everything is super easy to use and my cleaners love the mobile app. Automated payments has also made my life much easier.

Pros

My favorite part was definitely the setup. I am new to the cleaning industry and didn’t know what to charge and they set everything up for me.

Cons

Nothing really the only thing that was annoying was my phone number verification took 10 days but that’s because of twilio.

Pros

Ease of use and set up. Support has been fantastic. They walked me through my whole account, and even set it up. I was completely hands off until my account was ready.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I haven't liked, but the \[sensitive content hidden\] are on top of everything, and in constant communication, so if there was any issues I am very confident can get them resolved quickly.

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. I use ScheduleDrop for my cleaning business, and the software has made scheduling so much easier. It’s helped streamline operations, create more structure, and ultimately scale the company.

Pros

I love that they offer a mobile app for both admins and providers! The provider scorecard is a game changer—it helps track KPIs for each team member, which has made performance management much easier. Their support and onboarding team are also incredibly helpful and responsive.

Cons

They were very hands-on with onboarding, which might be great for some, but I personally prefer setting things up myself. That said, they were just trying to make the process as smooth as possible.
