That’s probably the best part. The extraction is quite accurate too, so there isn’t much manual correction needed afterwards. Cons It does take some time to get used to the software. The extraction also wasn’t as good when we first started using it, so we had to check and correct a few things manually. It has improved quite a bit now. It has made bank reconciliation much easier and saves a lot of time, especially because it is connected with Tally. There are still a few features that could make it even better, such as the ability to upload Sales Invoices, but overall it has made our accounting work much easier and more efficient. Pros AI Accountant reconciles bank statements effortlessly, which was a huge headache for my firm earlier. Will suggest to anyone looking to automate their manual work on Tally! Pros The WhatsApp Bot feature is just great. Most of my work/customers send me the bills and invoices on WhatsApp. I just need to forward them to my chat and it automatically creates entrie in Tally. Best part is, I can know my finances instantly on a WhatsApp chat. Super secure and so convenient. P.S Handwritten Bills with 99% accuracy is just amazing! Cons AI takes a few days to 2 weeks to learn my data format. I understand it's common for all but i think it should be faster in today's case. Pros What our team liked most was the bill extraction feature. We handle a large number of bills every month, and earlier most of the data had to be entered manually. With AI Accountant, most of the bill details get captured automatically, which saves our team a significant amount of time. The dashboard is also very helpful for leadership visibility. It gives a quick overview of key financial metrics like cash flow, profit and loss, and revenue across different sources.
